Low quality diesel is being mixed...and also staff behavior not good ...and vichle not maintaining...and their are noone officer are checking the quality of diesel...so please check the petrol pumps ... thanks

        I sudha chaturvedi mobile number [protected] have indian oil lpg connection consumer number[protected]. I would like to filled a complaint against indian oil distributor i.e laxmi gas agency Etawah Uttar Pradesh for misappropriation of my lpg connection.

        Brief background- from the month of march 2020 Distributor booked gas cylinders without my knowledge and sold the same to unknown people. Initially I thought booking massage I received on my registered mobile number was spam but sms were come on every month therefore in the month of august 20 I filled the complaint to customer care of indian oil but did not received any solutions and again in the month of October distributor booked another cylinder without my knowledge

        The fraud is going on and we have to stop and atleast cancel the license of such distributor with immediate effect

          My debit card was debited for 2.6rs as per fuel surcharge on 11.8.20 .
          I refueled my vehicle on 9.8.20 for rs 550 for petrol .
          As per norms fuel surcharge is not taken by fuel pumps.
          Please see into this matter.
          Fuel station was Welcome motors located in South delhi .

            The gas cylinder which is recently delivered is in deformed state and possess a risk of leakage and threat to life as it can leak anytime due to its deformed broken nature.
            The agency responsible Aravind gas agency doesn’t seems to care the life of people which posses a threat.

              On 09/10/2020 at evening I have filled diseal in my Verna Car at Loni Tal-Vaijapur, Dist- Aurangabad at 7PM and the worker have left my car without fitting the led of fuel tank and same about the outer covering cap also...
              When I have complained them about such a major issue they are looking so careless again. To leave the car /any vehicle without led of fuel tank is to dangerous & Careless so I humbly request to Indian Oil cop to take a serious action against such Owner and suspend their authority to work for Indian Oil Corporation...

                      Today I received a log cylinder from M/s Hosangadi gas agency vide invoice[protected] DTD[protected]. Priced at RS.607/-. However the delivery boy of this gas agency Mr. Shidaya swamy., has demanded extra amount of delivery of RS.630/- kindly take immediate action against the gas agency.

                        Today i filled petrol to my two wheeler where in the bunk there no adequate no of staffs only two staffs are there and remaining gone out during working hours after i shouted too they didnt gave proper information to me
                        in that bunk supervisor absent many staffs absent but they entered thier attendance in the attendance book
                        they entered thier name and signature in the attendance book but not present in the bunk so that crowd of people formed there during this corona issue
                        please take the necessary action against the bunk staffs

                            Hello,
                            In March 8 2020, 200rs I filled petrol in Indian Oil fuel station, 1st St, MGR Nagar, K.K.Nagar, Nesapakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600078 and I paid double amount (200Rs+200Rs) using google pay account to petrol pump PAYTM account.
                            I asked the petrol pump manager, he said "sometimes came bank issue so wait for 7days after that your payment reverse in your account.

                            After 10 days completed I payment not received then again ask the manager still not correct response till. Every month I ask again again he is not responding. Very depressed to handle very time.

                            Please suggest me

                              Delivery boy has not attempted the delivery and returned the cylinder.

                              I got a sms that the delivery boy has attempted thrice the delivery of the cylinder. But yesterday i, e, 07.10.2020 was heavy rainfall day in our town malda, englih bazar, w. B. Throughout the day it was raining and we were in home full day.

                              How its possible that he was attempted thrice???

                                  2 october i went to fill a petrol in vashi petrol pump i filled a 200rs petrol but i went 5/6 km there is no petrol in tank how is it possible and the time was mid night 2 after 4 days i went to petrol pump to ask but all staff came to abused and slaped me and after that they called cops and complaint against me its okay but cops also beaten me

                                      I am from nagaur rajasthan... I our city your petrol pump name bajrang felling station... They are taking high rates charges of petrol and diesel... Compare to other city like jaipur, jodhpur etc... They're are taking minimum 1rs extra charges from the price rate

                                        I am a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer no is CX9870765 LPGID:[protected] & the agency Name is Gurudatta Gas service, Green hill colony, Saroornagar, Hyderabad. The cylinder is filled with 1/4 of water. Please find attached the video for the same and kindly take an immediate action and save people from this kind of scams.
