I am a customer of Swami Gas service with customer number Cx7511180 .
Every time I told from the Gas agency Hocker to come with digital balance but still he refused to do the same. And every time the cylinder is low in weight.
The gas agency owner did not pick up the phone.
This time I asked him for digital balance again he refused and taken back the gas cylinder.
So I request you to kindly do the needful.

Petrol Cheating
Today(10.23.19) morning around 10.30 i went to (Indian Oil Fuel Station sai vasudha( katedhan Hyderabad Telangana, ) petrol bunk to re fuel by bike for Rs100.

In this Petrol bunk, petrol station attendant after fixing the price in the petrol machine and not locking the petrol gun trigger, by slightly holding the trigger the amount runs and filling petrol.

Complaint: As they holding the Petrol flow by the petrol gun trigger, they are filling less Petrol.

By slightly pressing trigger, petrol flows low down and amount runs in the machine.

On 30th September 2020 in between 5.45 - 6.30 p.m, I have filled petrol for Rs.600 (six hundred only ) at the IOC -Meenakshi Fuels at Elanthoor, Pathanamthitta district, Kerala State . I have seen the meter was working while filling the petrol but later realized my car meter gauge was not showing it, still remains the same meter gauge before arrived the station. .But Today on 1st October I checked with the workshop and confirmed that the meter gauge of my car is perfectly alright.
After that by 12.15 noon, I have contacted to the available number in their website [protected] and got an answer like this "our gas station all filling meters are very genuine and perfect, though he will check and let me know if there is any problem or not'. But so far no reply.
I am sure the petrol was not filled to my car tank, at the same time it may not intentionally . It might be a technical problem.

Sub : Short receiving of Petrol in Honda City Car

Honda City I Vtec has a 42 liter tank - 34.1 liters main + 7.9 liters reserve.
Moreover we can say
The reserve petrol capacity in Honda City is 8 Liters. Once the Range reaches 0 Kms, there's still 8 Liters of Petrol and the car will go at-least 80 Kms (Assuming the mileage is 10 Kms/Liter).

Incident took a place when the Petrol Boy of Petrol Pump fill 8.62 litre of petrol in my car and it was still showing symbol of reserve. When asked him to justify me he told me that Pump Manager is not available at the petrol pump and again asked me to move the vehicle after start it again. but even after did it result was same.
Next day when i called the Manager he misbehave with me and shown irresponsibility on the same. So i request to concerned authorities to take a strict action keep me update on the result otherwise our team will go legal on the same.

Not getting the full amount of petrolo from this petrol pump my phone number [protected]

today I fueled my car first time at Tyagi service station, Madan Mohan Malviya Marg, Sector 16, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012

My car Volvo XC60 tank size is 55 liter.
when I reach there around 8-10 liter diesel was already in tank.
they filled it up to auto cut 62 liter. after auto-cut it can be filled 5 liter more.
mean total oil quantity in tank should be around 8+62+5 = 745 liter
while the tank size is 55 liter if its underrate by 5 liter then suppose max fuel in tank can be 60 liter.
Mean they cheat me by 15 liter.
I just told them that they are cheating, they denied it so I am writing her to make your attention on it.
You can go there and see that on bharat fuel station huge crowd but Indian oil station is almost empty due to fraud service. Thanks and regards

Today morning 7:15 a. M., i went to the said petrol pump named gopala petro situated at passi chowk, pakhowal road ludhiana-141001 for refilling petrol in my activa. Upon asking for quality of petrol pump staff misbehaved with me and used abusive words without any reason. Then i asked for manager then staff said that no one is incharge, i am the only incharge and refused to refill petrol and did not give contact no. Of manager or owner. I have searched for the whole petrol pump for inchage contact no. But could not find anywhere neither could i find any complaint register or box. The staff rudely denied to refill petrol then and refused to give any name of contact no. For complaint.

The matter is of misbehaviour/ misconduct and not providing an essential service in need. Hence, i am complaining over here for proper justice.

Desirable resolution of complaint - written apology from staff and petrol pump incharge for misbehaviour/ abusive words and not providing essential service when needed.

I have an indane (Company) lpg connection bearing consumer no.4277 with shanti indane gas agency [code:180127, ph:[protected]], address: wz-427, sadh nagar, palam colony, new delhi.
One person claiming to be serviceman from the gas agency visited my house with a letter from the agency, stating that he wants to inspect the gas connection. I refused to allow him to enter my house as i had no prior information regarding his visit or arrival.
Today i. E on september 29, 2020 at 1139 hrs, i received a call from mobile no.[protected], the lady on the other end threatened me that my gas connection will be suspended as i did not allow inspection/security audit of my lpg connection in time.
Regarding this, i have a few doubts, please clarify your response on the same through email.
1. During covid pandemic, is it necessary to inspect lpg household connection without prior intimation to the customer?
2. Is the company aware that, a lot o[censored]ntoward incidents are happening now-a-days using such tactics? How should we check the authenticity of inspecting staff?
3. What are the nominal charges levied on the lpg gas consumer for such inspection?
4. Is any information via sms or any other digital means provided from your side i. E indane co. To the gas agency and consumer that such inspection is to be done on such scheduled time?

On 19 sep 2020 at about 2030hrs, i went for refuelling my car at ioc petrol pump named bimco motors, pathankot. I asked the staff to top up the tank. Before refuelling my car, he has refuelled a motorbike with rs 100/- and thereafter without putting the meter to zero, he started refuelling my car. When i objected he said that he has put the meter to zero, i told him to stop filling but he didnot. Then i have to use my hand to stop the refuelling....

Today i am felling petrol 5ltr galan indian oil petrol pump noida sec 105, bill no sep-62826-orgnl time 12:45:53, fp. Id 4, nozel no 4, fuel - xtpremium, preset -5l, rate 84.08 sale -420.4, volume 5ltr
We have received short petrol in 5ltr galan with video,

On 25 sep 2020 i did h payment of rs594, through upi. Amount debited from my account but payment was unsuccessful and amount not reveresed in my account

I refuelled 15 litres of diesel at patel petroleum ventures, khativali, near shahpur, maharashtra, at 520 pm on 23-9-20. Within 1- kms, my scorpio started misbehaving, with engine stalling repeatedly, and it was with great difficulty that i reached back in thane. Today[protected], i checked the fuel filter & found it totally contaminated with water/ foreign chemical, and i drained out everything from my tank.
I always avoid ioc, because of its reputation for bad quality fuel, and i will not patronise any ioc pump again. I am sure this complaint will be trashed, it being one of so many, but seriously you should think of closing down all fuel retailing operations in india. Companies like you give a bad name to india, please start by changing your name.

I got petrol filled up at your petrol pump m/s shivay auto sales at mohali airport highway near dmart. Zirakpur
Since there was lesser air in the rear tyre of my car i asked the employee (In indian oil uniform) who was doing some repair to the rim of tyre to fill some air in my rear tyre he plainly said no i will not fill the air its not my job i again requested him that my family is sitting in the car and my daughter is feeling pain...

Today on 28/09/2020 at around 9:00 am i purchased petrol of rupees 1000 but my vehicle fuel gauge don't show any filling of the petrol. I have seen the meter 0 reading from inside the car and reading on fuel gauge still not showing any reading i feel cheated please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Today i. E. September 27th, 2020 i fill up the petrol to the united engineers indian oil fuel pump at nehru place, new delhi of rs. 115.00 only. I pay the amount to mr. Gopal tender of 100 note and small coins of 1 rupee i. E. 15 rupees. But mr. Gopal reject to take these coins and he told me that these coins are not in service.
Then i complained to night shift manager he told me that my shift is over your problem resolved by the morning shift manager, and you have to wait for 15 min.

Over 15 min. Later morning shift manager came to office, then i go to the manager mr. Subhash to take the coins then he also reject it. He was saying to me that no one taking to me these coins so, i can't take to you, and it is too much give me just 2 or 3 coins. He also told me if you want to complain against me, you can do anywhere. But i don't receive these coins.
So, i request to you please take the legal action those person mr. Gopal and mr. Subhash.

Dear sir,
i am one of our customer, i am filling petrol in my car last week my car tyre air prsure is low, i want to fill my air for my car your outlet. But the sales man say to me air pump was repair past 10 days, its ok i am manage my problem that day, but today i am filling petrol in my bike, unfortunetlly my bike front tyre air presure is very very low, i am requst to sales man please fill air in my bike, but he say repeatly the air pump repair past 17 days, kindly take neccerry action to above said the problem

A lady was filling she doesn’t know how to put itself spills all over the scooty and then saying reasons, this is the third time it’s happening, so please file a complaint against her and take a necessary action

Before yesterday i have filled 100 rs. Petrol, and find that petrol meter is not getting up then i told to filler person and he said, no problem, some time it happens, fuel meter point not getting up but petrol is inserted.
I have also seen last time when i was there, someone complaining that you have not filled petrol how much i have paid.

The staff over there always misbehave with two wheelers and kept on waiting them in the evening and always keep on changing there rule for two wheeler like today from this petrol machine only we will fill the petrol whether second machine is free
And they don’t show complaint register and don’t have free air facilities and also don’t allow to use toilets.
I have recorded the video asking them to give me complaint register but they denied and threaten me saying chala jaa nahi to pit jayega, kaha kaha se aa jate hai tere jaise, tu kuch nahi kar sakta something like this the supervisor said to me.
And they don’t wear name card or batch

I went to bettegowda fuel station, marasandra, bengaluru-rural, yesterday. I asked for refueling of my 2 wheeler for rs110, the attendant entered rs100 on fueling machine and when i asked why he did so, he started yelling at me in kannada. After the yelling, i still was not convinced however i asked him to start refueling as i was getting late for reaching somewhere. So he started but initially he spilled out some fuel outside fuel tank, when i asked him that who'll pay for that wasted fuel, he again started yelling and abusing me. When i asked him about the manager of the fuel station he said he is the manager. I was not convinced, so i went towards the office in the fuel station. There was no one in the office, so i took out my phone to save the manager's no., which was on display outside the office. Just as i started to save the manager's no., the attendant came charging towards me to hit me and he was abusing me and also threatened me if i call the manager. He even tried to snatch the keys of my vehicle. But as he was charging towards me i started my camera and then he backed off.
