Hi,
It's been from long time I was trying to find Indian oil complain site.
This complain is about petrol quality, I have some understanding after I used many petrol pumps that the petrol station in our area has bad quality petrol (something mixed with petrol).
The smell of the product is very unidentified.
When ever I/we get filled up petrol from this pump our engine sounds gets so unhealthy and the vehicle performance downgrades alot.
My request is please make a random quality check in this petrol pump . Also check if they are providing the right quantity..

Petrol pump in telephone exhng square nagpur (Maharashtra) doing dishonesty in filling petrol.. They are asking you for change and when you check your waleet for having change the filling the petrol without doing the meter on zero. This is very shameful bcuz indan oil is a very reputed company and not expected this from their side...

Our house is far from road. Its just 10 meter far from main road. But delivery boy he just came near road. He distribute gas for those people who have house near road. He always forget to dristubute gas

Maine date 05/09/2020 ko sylender refill Ka request kiya tha, Jiska refill no[protected] hai. Aur delevry expected time 1 days hai. Date 08/09/2020 ko mera bill no generate hota hai bill no[protected] . Rs 657.5 Ka. Fir next day date 09/09/2020 ko msg aata hai ki apko sylender delevered Ho chuka hai. Jabki aaj date 12/09/2020 hai mere sylender abhi tak nahi aaya hai sir ye Pahali bar Aisa nahi hua hai. Hamare sath aksar Aisa hota hai ki delivery janbujhkar late se Di jati hai. Trolly man ki dusari complain ye hai ki vo rular area me bhi 40 rs extra money Leta hai delevry charge ke roop me. Aur unke pas koi electronic weight machine bhi nahi hoti hai jisase sylender ka weight Ho sake. Sir apse request hai ki at once Eski jaanch karaakar nyaay kare. Apki aseem kripa hogi. Thank you sir

I had purchased petrol of ₹ 500/- wide invoice no 1699 dated 08/09/2019 from singh fuels add.37, udhyog nagar nemaver road indore. (Mp)
I had also applied in scheme tel bharao innam pao. Further on 26/10/2019 i had received sms from (Qp-ioclbp) mentioning "congrats! You won maxima watch in"tel bharao innam pao" scheme of iocl. For collecting the prize you will be informed later. Thanks for patronizing iocl.

I am getting SMSs from spandan.indianoil.co.in/iocro/ for filling up fuel in Kanpur. This is obviously some mistake while giving mobile number by some consumer.

Visited spandan.indianoil.co.in website. There is no provision for registering a compliant...

Kd vyas filling station in prayagraj is the worst filling station to get petrol from, first of all the staff is very rude and misbehaves with you, secondly they wont let you get the petrol filled from all the machines (Its there choice from which machine to provide the petrol and from which not to provide it), there have been incidents in the past where this filling station has benn temporary shut down, i request you take strict action against the owner and against the staff.

Iocl tanuku gas dealer has been collecting rs.50 per cylinder to deliver in rural areas around 10 kilometres.
I asked him why should we give 50 rupees to deliver the cylinder
He said that he would not deliver the cylinder if i did not give him the said amount, and he said that"you would come to office and tke the cylinder,"then he would give to the invoice rate

Today one person with a bill book of Indane came to my residence to check the Indane gas connection on payment of Rs.236.00 for conducting the inspection.

As the people are already crumbled with the Covid 19 and without any earnings how is it possible to pay the amount in these days of pandemic.

If at all it is mandatory the Indane agency should pay for the safety of the customers. It is therefore requested that...

Today morning i. E. On 10.09.2020 (Thursday) at around 09:30 a. M. I went to iocl petrol filling station (Sagar automobiles) near gulmohar commercial complex at sector-2, noida for filling my car tank. I ordered the guy (His name is yeshpal) present there to fill the petrol of amount of rs.1500. I did not step down from my car but i confirmed from the display of petrol dispensing machine about the correctness of details he entered into it while being seated in my car. After he was done, i checked the fuel meter of my car and i was shocked to notice just a little bit increment in the fuel meter even after filling the petrol worth rs. 1500. Earlier whenever i used to fill the petrol worth rs. 1500 my car fuel meter immediately shooted up and it used to cross the halfway (Mid level) marking of the meter. I am sure my car fuel meter is o. K. And that guy has definitely cheated me. I even tried to make him understand the matter but he started misbehaving with me.

In petrol bunk there is no enough power petrol and there is no enough pump boys and pump boys is not at pumps always roaming

महोदय, प्रार्थी अपनी कार से आज बलदेव से अलीगढ़ गया, लेकिन बलदेब से अलीगढ़ तक किसी भी पेट्रोल पंप पर फ्री एयर नही मिली। और जिसके पास सुविधा थी उसने देने से मना कर दिया।
निवेदन है कि सभी पैट्रॉल पम्पो की जांच कराई जाए जिससे किसी भी कार चालक को परेशानी न हो।

It has been observed and faced at hind filling station, that duty boys at filling station are not accepting payment through any of online mode including debit/credit card, phonepay and paytm etc.

I requested them to disclose the reason of not allow customers to use card or any other means for payment but they simply told me that owner of pump has instructed them to get cash payment only.

I would like to bring in your kind attention that many customers were returned without getting fuel due to non-availability of cash in their pocket or they were interested to use card payment. But station staff were not keen to give satisfactory response.

As a shore holder of ioc, i was very disappointed and expressing my view on this matter.

If all ioc station owner will start behaving like this no wonder we will not have expected number of customers just because of payment method.

I request you to take necessary actions and short out this issue by sending a circular to all stations to use digital payment.

My registered mobile number is [protected]. I made a complaint in emergency no.1906 on 8.9.2020 at 19.30 hrs. Complaint no.1171021.Till now (9.9.2020, 8.30am)no one visited our home. Everytime during delivery they are keen in asking for 30₹ tips. But during emergency they are coming

Kanpur road jhansi bharat trenders petoralpump ka toilet band tha khule ka aagre keya to batamji se pes aae or complent book maghi to hatpae par utar aae. Or bahut requst karne ke baad bhi toilet nahi khola. Jiska vedeo mere paas hai kirya karke coustmer ke saat misbehav karne ka anjaam dekhae nahi to vedeo viral ho sakta hai. Dhanayad jai shri ram

On 7 september 2020 at 3.30 pm my son had gone to get petrol and puncture done in his scooter jupitor at indian oil petrol pump chandigarh ambala highway zirakpur near flyover, he got petrol filled and later got puncture done, after going some distance air from repaired puncture started getting leaked.

Then he again went to petrol pump told that puncture is not properly done, mechanic checked the puncture and agreed that same has been leaked and he repaired that then he asked for money again even after improper puncture he did earlier.

My son said that i have paid you already for the puncture which wasn't properly by you, mechanic started abusing and called other men also to threaten him, my son started crying in fear as he snatched the key of scooter and forcibly demanded money that i will not let you go if you don't pay, moreover he screwed sharp nail in tyre and said now you go. He was trembled with fear as many men surrounded him and started demanding money then he called me that mumma please help as they have snatched my key and put a sharp nail in tyre again.

When i reached to help him all staff of indian oil petrol pump gathered and started threatening us and backed out that we haven't done anything like that and misbehaved and abused me too.

When i spoke to manager of petrol pump he also threatened me and misbehaved and said i will call police and say that you creating a drama here, when i said call the police but he didn't call, i tried several times police number but couldn't get connected.

I could see why women is unsafe everywhere in india even at place like petrol pump where lot of people come, staff of petrol pump abused and tried to beat us if normal public was not there. I am writing this to bring into your kind notice that if such goons are working at petrol pump how one can feel safe, i would have gone to police station to lodge complain but i know nothing would have happened.

That's why i am writing this mail to you so that you check out cameras installed there and see the entire incident.

All staff gathered to proove wrong into right and even abused and threatened us as me and my son was alone. Manager showed even worst behavior and backed his cruel staff.

When i felt unsafe i had to escape from the place and came back to home with fear of beaten up as lot of men were there.

Kindly look into the matter on very serious note if it can happen with me a working women it can happen with anyone and may be happening from unknown tenure.

I am looking for justice and action on this from the authorities. I have attached some photos of the incident and i can recognize each and every men who surrounded us like goons.

Please take a stern action on them so that it doesn't happen in future.

I have filled my car spresso (Tank capacity :27 ltr } with petrol at hubli fuel station of indian oil corporation (Sree balaji petroleums) on[protected] morning at 6:45 am. But they give me a bill of 31.93 ltrs. When argued with the person at petrol he confused me. I have done payment by swiping even collected the bill. I have confirmed at maruthi showroom regarding fuel tank capacity. The petrol bunk person has cheated me almost rs 500/- petrol..

I am an indane gas consumer. My consumer id is - [protected]. I have got my new connection on 25/6/2019 from m/s capital gas agency, ganeshguri, guwahati - assam. But iocl has transferred by mistake to m/s hangsa gas agency, hengrabari, guwahati, for which i was not aware neither was the gas agency. Moreover i have submitted all my documents to capital gas agency which included my bank statement and pass book photocopy and have all filled by in the form all details of my bank account where i wanted to receive my subsidy. But i have not received any subsidy till date. On asking them, they say that the agency has made errors in updating it in the system. I request iocl to please look into the matter.

Above subjected dealer code is only selling extra premium petrol in their outlet and they are saying not getting normal petrol in their outlet, in this corona time all are struggiling with financial crisis and also with daily price hike, at that same time this dealer is looting from the customers, i faced this issue more than 3 times from this same outlet, they are blaming on indian oil corporation and making a bad name on your brand. Please look in to this matter and do the needful.
