Good morning dear sir,
On 19th august 2020, received gas against invoice[protected], dac-5634.
Duplicated on 20th august 2020. Invoice[protected], dac 1353 against booking 2-[protected]/and
On 29th august 2020, invoice[protected], dac3858.
Both gas not received, no need.
Both booking done by gas company, not from customer end. (Booking:[protected] &[protected].
And on 13th august 2020, my booking[protected], dac 7453 was cancelled by gas company..
So pls investigate how come argun gas, kozhencherry, tel no:[protected]. Done duplicate booking) invoicing on 20th and 29th august without customer in picture.
As i already received one gas cylinder on 19th for the month of august, i no more require the invoiced cylinder as i do not have empty cylinders.
Confirm cancellation of duplicate booking and invoices, let me know the reason also.
