I am Rajesh Tripathi residents of 622 Adarsh Nagar colony basharatpur Gorakhpur when I reached at petrol pump namely shivlal petrol pump basharatpur Gorakhpur I ordered the salesman to fill-up petrol of 100+50 rupees which has not been properly filled up and has also failed to give me a receipt.

Dear Indian Oil,

I am very disappointed with behaviour of Indian oil pump Saket branch.As I visited today at 11:30am for refueling my car so after my car got completed.
So I ask for the slip of sales point from the staff, So manager came to us Mr. Utsav denied to give sales slip u will receive message on registered number and manager didn’t have way of talking to a customer this is last from five times I am visiting Same misbehaving happening with me .
Manager was very rude Mr.Utsav he should talk politely not in attitude.

So kindly make it out solution for it I didn’t want it again in future!

Good morning dear sir,

On 19th august 2020, received gas against invoice[protected], dac-5634.
Duplicated on 20th august 2020. Invoice[protected], dac 1353 against booking 2-[protected]/and
On 29th august 2020, invoice[protected], dac3858.
Both gas not received, no need.
Both booking done by gas company, not from customer end. (Booking:[protected] &[protected].
And on 13th august 2020, my booking[protected], dac 7453 was cancelled by gas company..
So pls investigate how come argun gas, kozhencherry, tel no:[protected]. Done duplicate booking) invoicing on 20th and 29th august without customer in picture.
As i already received one gas cylinder on 19th for the month of august, i no more require the invoiced cylinder as i do not have empty cylinders.
Confirm cancellation of duplicate booking and invoices, let me know the reason also.

I asked to fill petrol of Rs 500, after the petrol filling I cross checked on Fuel indicator. But I found it is not refilled upto Rs 500. The petrol pump address is ABC petrol pump Talegaon Dabhade. The incident took place at 12.15PM on 1st September. When I asked to the concern manager, he didnot respond satisfactory.

Few days ago I full my bick tank. And i smell it. And i think totally kerosene. It duplicate oil.

Petrol selling to block market in 20 letters can.

In Hyderabad nearest bhel ramchandra puram fuel pump station name is Krishna service.
One more Avinash enterprises. This both don't have facilities since Meany years on words when I asked today they simply saying at your IOCL management not taking any action and not provide minimum equipment so that I take all records I have

Yesterday, the 27th August 2020 at about 13.30 hrs, I went for fuel of my two wheeler and asked for filling Petrol inGayatri Auto Services, Adyar, Chennai 20 for Rs.200/- under Bill No. 42336 dated 27.08.2020. One gentleman around 40 years came and had filled for only Rs.70/- and when I said I asked for Rs.200/-, he was keeping the pump in such condition as is operative and no petrol was pouring into my two wheeler tank. As I had already the amount of Rs.200/- I wanted to the check the quantum of petrol and waited for sometime and when I found that the quantum of petrol filled was lesser ie about one ltr only, he said he did it as the meter showed "0" and when I showed my tank and fuel indicator to him, he had no answer and refused to either pay back the remaining amount for non-filled petrol or to fill the remaining quantum of petrol. Thus, I incurred a loss of Rs.130/- in this outlet and I have not faced such situation in any other outlets so far to this quantum of cheating. I bring this to the notice for rectification and ensure that such cheating does not happen in any of the outlets and to ensure that the Petrol Bunk owner tenders an apology for such cheating behaviour of his workmen.

Dealer code: 135333, in ioc petrol station at chinnadharapuram, karur distric, tamilnadu, india... Mr selvaraj in this petrol station, filling petrol irregularly. He took off the filling tube immediately even the petrol is pouring. Repeatedly he is wasting tge peteol.. Not filling the tank.. But the ground. I am also govt. Employee. Do tge corrective measures

The fuel station is situated in wardhaman nagar, nagpur. So when we ask to fill the petrol of a specific amount, their employee fills rs.0.50 - rs. 0.70 less petrol what you ask for.

Ex - i ask for petrol for rs.100, he will fill of only rs. 99.50 or so.

They do same for all costumers.
If we ask them to fill it as per total amount, they disobey us.

I booked order for gas cylinder on[protected]. The gas person showed bill rs 646.50 and gave cylinder. He confused me and took away extra rs 70 and hurriedly went off before i caught him downstairs of our building. I gave rs 1000 first and asked for change, he said he don't have change. Then I took i gave rs 500 and then rs 200. He asked me more rs 20. Total I paid rs 720. The moment I asked him for remaining money he said I gave rs 670 and...

The staff at petrol pump T.C FUELS, Alappuzha including supervisor denied checking air to my vehicle after filling up diesel for Rs 1000/-

Employers and workers do not know how to do extraword redemption. Only one employee knows but we can't wait to see him. The workers heat up by saying that the point on the card will be loaded later. This card is for you. Very bad petrol pump dealer

I have to complaint about siddhi vinayak petoliam which is located in rajpur. Dis vadvani, i have been travelling ahmedabad to nagpur,
I have to complaint about
1) no cleaning of toilets
2) need plumbing work to be done
3) no air machine is working properly
4) lack of co_opration & misbihaviour
5) worker are not allowed to park my car in petrol pump
6) they were only two labour in petrol pump and continuesly they were busy with mobile phone...
Is this service your company is given to comman man.. I hope you should take this complaint sirously...

मैनेजर से बात करने पर उसने भी कोई सुनवाई नही की और मालिक का नाम नम्बर भी बताने से मना किया और सारे स्टाफ़ ने दबाव बनाया और नीहायती घटिया तरीके से बात की...

Dear Sir, My Consumer no is 32822 and my distributor is NRIPRO GAS AGENCY SHOP no.67, D/1 LAXMI MKT. MUNIRKA, OPP. CANRA BANK NEW DELHI 110067 . I have done a booking on 22nd August 2020 with ref no:[protected]. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory SMS on 25th August 2020 that the cylinder has been delivered with Invoice no.[protected]. This is clear Black Marketing if i am not consuming the quota alloted to me that doesnt mean the distributor will sell the cylinders for black. If i will visit the distributor to complain he will treat as if he is doing some favour on me by giving this LPG cylinders

Pilferage during giving petrol to bike. When complaint to dealer he misbehaved also.

I am a consumer of indane gas, my consumer no. Is t33978. My gas agency is rewari gas service, ds shop 130, shopping complex, sector 4, rewari. I have booked the cylinder online and on saturday, 22nd august, i had received message that my cylinder has been delivered, while the same has not yet been delivered. While i had tried to contact at the agency, no one responded, except saying that kya hua, dusra book krwa do. Previously they have delivered the cylinder which is also leaking and same complaint is also not resolved

Petrol and diesel are never available in the sweta petrol pump located in nainpur madhya pradesh (Seoni road) and the employees and owners there do not behave well for the last one month, neither there is getting petrol and there is also a petrol pump. Zero does not work correctly. Zero does not work correctly. The more petrol that we get from here, the more we get it filled from us, the more we get. The day everything went well then as soon as it happened.

My father (K.S. Panwar) is having an Indane gas connection (Consumer no. 12685) through a distributor named "Satyam Gas – Address: S1, Rajguru Complex Opp Mangal City Scheme No. 94, Adarsh Mechanic Nagar, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010. On 24th Aug 2020 he got a message that Gas Cylinder has been booked with Ref No.[protected] which my father did not book, and today (25th Aug 2020) he got the message that Cylinder has been delivered with invoice no.[protected]which is obviously not delivered to my father), so that means the distributor/Someone has booked a cylinder from his account and given it to someone else. It is a case of Forgery, please look into it.
