I have received 3 sms (S) in my other mobile ([protected]) from "va-indane"
On 12th &13th august, 2020 advising lpg booking/delivery of consumer no-[protected] (Ref no[protected] under invoice no[protected].

I do not understand the the reason for receiving such sms (S) in my mobile. How can the consumer in question book lpg by my mobile no
And subsequently sms (S) are being sent by indane?

Kindly look into the matter and advice asap.

I have detected the smell of lpg from the cylinder, when switching on its knob. Tried to convey to the person who delivers the cylinder to our household, but he told its not a problem.
So for our safety i want to bring the notice of higher authorities about
This issue.
Moreover i tried to call them using toll free no. [protected].
There was no response (Always busy) no matter at what time of the day i call....

Sir this is to inform you that in this petrol station people or we can say the filling staff are doing so much wrong with people's that they never get the desired petrol.
1. They never feed money they always make you in talk and suddenly without feeding amount they will continue to fill the petrol with previous amout only.

2. They never put the nossel back and then make it zero.. They use their hand and shows you that they have feed the amout but you don't get the amout feeded.

3. If you forcely make them to feed the amount they will unnecessarily stop the nossel in between and after that restart it and if you say to remove the nossel as they stoped it in between they don't listen to you.

So many many many incidents are going by which pac petrol pum near subhash nagar haridwar is frauding people.

Especially the man name monty is the main leader there who always use to fraud people.

So please kindly make a surprise check and take a serious action over it..

Today i. E 13.08.2020 visited padam petroleum sector-63, noida-201301 of indian oil around 12.00pm. They have charged forcibly rs. 571.00 for no fuel as nothing disbursed in car and also no display on meter. They gathered in mass, abused me, threatened to beat and make me forced to pay that amount.

Pl. Give me justice for such goondagardi and loot of people. It definitely demin the name of indane oil. If justice will not given to me, i will go to consumer court

Description of the incident :
Poonam petrol pump (Indian oil petrol pump) next to surana sethia hospital has filled water mixed petrol in my car on 4th aug 2020 which has caused damage to engine and breakdown. I had to tow car to tata service station where they have find find water coming out of injectors and told us to reach out to petrol pump where we full tank.
We took the sample and reached out to petrol stn where we show water filled petrol to owner mr. Chetan no. [protected] which he agreed and told us to get car repaired at service station he will compensate charges of service.
We wasted our two days time to repair and get out car back on 8th aug 2020. On 8th aug morning we again visited petrol pump and ask them to collect mixed petrol from service station which they request us to bring to petrol station in cans. We obliged and return them mixed petrol in 3 cans on same day of which one can they marked and filled with petrol and return us. Remaining two cans they pour back to petrol pump tank. This activity was done between 1pm to 3pm.
They ask us to bring car back to top up remaining petrol in car directly.
We said ok.
We have done what mr. Chetan has told us to do and now that we have shown him the repair charges he is ignoring and not answering out calls.
We are asking him complaint register to file written complaint but he is giving us any proper answer.
As per guidelines and consumer rights it is compulsory to show sign of details regarding complaint procedure such as name of sales manager contact no and email address which they have not put it across in petrol pump.
We had kept all our damage bills from towing car to service center work and two days or one manpower wasted because of petrol pump fault.

If this problem doesn't get addressed i will raise it to higher authority appropriately.

Please share petrol pump sop if possible also please advise how long it will take to resolve this issue.

I have ordered the indian oil cylinder on 26th of july 2020 but didn’t recieved it yet. My order number is cx 24643036. Why is it taking so long? I called the helpline number for this but they disconnected the call. And most importantly i got a message on my phone about feedback, how am i supposed to feedback when i didn’t recieved the cylinder yet. I have attached a photo also, there its is showing order status completed but i didnt received it. Please look into this matter. It will be your utmost kindness.

Petrol pump manager says that we don’t have bs 6 diesel...

Employee always refuses to fill air to my bicycle, he says it’s not allowed.
Air is free service, why is it just limited to motorcycles and cars?
Companies should promote cyclists in the city.

There also nitrogen which is always broken, for my car.

Hi, as the govt rules there should be a free delivery with it the range of 5 kms but the delivery guy is charging 65 rs extra on the bill amount

Consumer no./id.-[protected]/[protected]. I have booked domestic cylinder on 24.04.2020 and got delivery through invoice no.5-[protected] dtd. 24.04.2020 on 27.04.2020 by paying cash rs.795/-.

As on today lot of citizen of our village have not received subsidy amount granted by honurable prime minister (I. E. Government). To receive subsidy amount i have launched various service request on your portal, which are as follows:-

But uptill 18/06/2020 received only evasive and fake replies, for your kind perusal herewith attached copies of some correspondence of portal, it shows how misleaded by agency. On 19/06/2020 distributor has confessed his hidden mistake and agree to redeem subsidy amount which is not the solution of this cheating case. (Please go through in details about facts and malafied intension and their fake, evasive, misleading and fraudulent replies by their authorized agent to convert and turnaround original real story). I have neither asked for nor in need of such small amount (Because i have spent huge amount in legal consultation and for going in details of what is going on), but i want only justice without any curtailment at your end, which is still pending at your big-hands. Expecting sooner & quicker action against this leased-hold agent, which is the only and only solution of removing and locking their routine fraudulent activity behind the curtain i. E. Gas agency. And that only motivated me and caused lot of health problems and troublesome life (To a man like me who is busy with his important works always) by his bad intension to deceive and cheat public and government (By always disobeying and misusing the important decisions of govt.) under the head “gas” which is of “daily need”. Nobody can supress the legal and fact “it is an incentive to public by prime minister – narendra d. Modi”.

So, we all sufferer of small village i. E. Pandharkawada claims cancelation of distributorship of your renowned & esteemed company i. E. Indian oil corporation ltd. To such an fraudulent distributor.

Hello. I indane gas booked on 24/07/20 through indane app and had paid same time rs 634.5 under upi payment mode successfully. Please note the problem carefully. After two days i cancelled the booking and message comes from indane your booking cancelled refund initiated successfully. Note the point. The amount not refunded to my account till the time. So i may approach consumer court for my refund if you have not give resolution.

Sir,
I am shakuntala devi consumer of indane gas under ujjwala yojna scheme and consumer no is - [protected]. My distributor is dudhail indane gas that comes under shree om ganpati indane gas. I have to say that i had booked the gas cylinders on 02/07/2020 and once again on 04/08/2020 but i did not receive subsidy till now.
One more issue is which is related to our distributor that they never provide us receiving of gas booking at the time of booking and demands 18 to 50 rupees extra when we go to refill our gas cylinder.
So please resolve such issues.
