Consumer no./id.-[protected]/[protected]. I have booked domestic cylinder on 24.04.2020 and got delivery through invoice no.5-[protected] dtd. 24.04.2020 on 27.04.2020 by paying cash rs.795/-.

As on today lot of citizen of our village have not received subsidy amount granted by honurable prime minister (I. E. Government). To receive subsidy amount i have launched various service request on your portal, which are as follows:-

But uptill 18/06/2020 received only evasive and fake replies, for your kind perusal herewith attached copies of some correspondence of portal, it shows how misleaded by agency. On 19/06/2020 distributor has confessed his hidden mistake and agree to redeem subsidy amount which is not the solution of this cheating case. (Please go through in details about facts and malafied intension and their fake, evasive, misleading and fraudulent replies by their authorized agent to convert and turnaround original real story). I have neither asked for nor in need of such small amount (Because i have spent huge amount in legal consultation and for going in details of what is going on), but i want only justice without any curtailment at your end, which is still pending at your big-hands. Expecting sooner & quicker action against this leased-hold agent, which is the only and only solution of removing and locking their routine fraudulent activity behind the curtain i. E. Gas agency. And that only motivated me and caused lot of health problems and troublesome life (To a man like me who is busy with his important works always) by his bad intension to deceive and cheat public and government (By always disobeying and misusing the important decisions of govt.) under the head “gas” which is of “daily need”. Nobody can supress the legal and fact “it is an incentive to public by prime minister – narendra d. Modi”.

So, we all sufferer of small village i. E. Pandharkawada claims cancelation of distributorship of your renowned & esteemed company i. E. Indian oil corporation ltd. To such an fraudulent distributor.

Hello. I indane gas booked on 24/07/20 through indane app and had paid same time rs 634.5 under upi payment mode successfully. Please note the problem carefully. After two days i cancelled the booking and message comes from indane your booking cancelled refund initiated successfully. Note the point. The amount not refunded to my account till the time. So i may approach consumer court for my refund if you have not give resolution.

Sir,
I am shakuntala devi consumer of indane gas under ujjwala yojna scheme and consumer no is - [protected]. My distributor is dudhail indane gas that comes under shree om ganpati indane gas. I have to say that i had booked the gas cylinders on 02/07/2020 and once again on 04/08/2020 but i did not receive subsidy till now.
One more issue is which is related to our distributor that they never provide us receiving of gas booking at the time of booking and demands 18 to 50 rupees extra when we go to refill our gas cylinder.
So please resolve such issues.

I, navdeep singh bhullar is complaining against kamir filling station, hakuwala, distt sri muktsar sahib, punjab that the manager refused to give diesel of 50000 (Fifty thousand after swaping my debit card in pump account. When i talk to the owner of the pump to give oil or money back he refused. They together did fraud with me and other people in our village. I have the bank statement of my money transaction in the pump account on 19th july 2021. I want inspection of the pump or to ceil the pump because they are to sell the fuel stock now at the pump and to close the pump. Pllz take quick action. My contact no. Is [protected].

. Sir, i want to inform you that there are no any running camera at delarship. This is total violence of your sefty precaution prerequisites. 110000rs+14000 rs diesel (Vain diesel which is stored) has been spent on truck for remaking. During 4 days my vehicle standoff in dehari bihar (Sand mining yard) because of bad diesel oil mixed with water. Dear sir please note this remarks gainst the dealership otherwise i have right to take a legal action against them.

Defective supply of new gas cylinder for household use

Sir with due respect i want to inform that, i am a user of indane lpg. From last 2 month i am not receiving lpg home delivery, i used to received the bill/receipt generated sms, but dont received the delivery, pls help me out in that.
Sir, i am not receiving gas, so whats about the receipt, where is my gas going.

Today morning i did refuelling in my vehicle of rs. 1, 401. The boy (Refueller) did not show me the zero at the meter before starting refuelling. When i asked him about this he said that sir if you are out of your vehicle then its obvious that you have noticed zero on the meter and he started argueing and started giving me example of sabzi mandi and all whatsoever. I was in hurry and hence did not heat up the matter after payment. It has happened to me earlier at the same petrol pump but at that time the boy said "sir sorry dhyan nahi raha" and i was like its ok, koi baat nahi next time dhyan rakhaa krna. But today morning the refueller boy started argueing. When i entered back into my vehich ther refueller guy gave me intense look while going away to other side of petrol pump.
I am a regular customer of this petrol pump and gor for refuelling only to this petrol pump because i feel this one is genuine. But if this happens then i might think of changing my refuelling station.

I was with my wife, and also in hurry to somewhere, thats y i had to let it go... But now i have decided to take it further to higher authority so that i doesnot happen again and hopefully get the friendly service instead of getting argueing service. I did not like this at all.

Location - habsiguda petrol bunk, hyderabad, telangana.
For ap22ab5077 bike i. E on 03.08.2020 at around 09:20 hrs requested to issue rs.340/- petrol into my bike. The agency has issued less petrol and did not verify me when asked to check the quantity.

The quantity issued is very less and manipulation is done in issuing. The agency is not verifying the quantity on my request.

Employees at the gas station are very irresponsible and show a very unethical behaviour. If they are asked or questioned for this then they behave really rudely. Also, in response to such situations, the owner of the gas station himself supports the employees and is really ignorant towards the problem.

in the fuel station staff was delivering patrol without follow the instruction of govt about covid-19 & also misbehaving to the customers.

Today in the morning at 11 o'clock visit the indian oil petrol pump channi himmat jammu for filling oil in my bike, i am waiting for 15 min for my turn and when my turn come and ask him why you people lookm here and there instead of filling the oil in my bike, but he said dalna ha tho dalwo nahi tho aga jayoo. Please take strict action against the petrol pump and staff

I booked cylinder in morning on 30th July, and made payment so that the cylinder can be delivered on time but same did not happen. I got delivery messages that the cylinder has been delivered but I haven't received cylinder when I called on Ivr no. I got number for complaining about mishappening when I called the candidate from that side told me that number is wrong. You people encourage to pay online if it will happen how can a customer prefer to pay online. Agency name is Jaswant nagar Indane district Etawah pin no. 206245 my contact no.
