I am an applicant of an advertisement of your reputed company "indian oil corporation". My name is jiten baruah and i live in nagarbera, kamrup, assam. I am here to draw your kind attention regarding advertisements released on 25.11.18 / 14.12.18.
Sir, the location of the advertisement was "nagarbera, chamaria development block office to medhipara along chukuniapara - nagarbera road" and i am an applicant for the same. But for whichever reasons or for whomever interests, the winning location is around 5 kms away from the advertised location. Please check all the documents in this draw results carefully and re-survey the winning location, otherwise i have no choice but to see the court.

Today i fill petrol of rs 1000 in my swift lxi car at i. O. C pump named padmagat kissan sewa kendra amarpur distt palwal haryana but they fill diesel instead of petrol i was not aware of that i went 2 km away from pump my car started missing & more smoking i return back at pump & ask them to check the same they admitted their mistake but this negligence can cost me high i am very harassed today please take necessary action against them to avoid the same negligence in future.

Still not delivered n access amount collected from consumer by their vendor man.

I am a consumer of indane gas. My consumer no. is CX12342163 & the agency name is shilpa gas service, site no. 1, village majri, road, delhi, 110081. I had booked for a cylinder (Online booking ref no[protected], at 11:12 PM on 26-May-2020) but till now it has not been delivered at my home. I have called to Shilpa Agency and Mr. Chopra (Owner) many times, both are, told me that the gas cylinder would deliver soon but not delivered yet. Also their delivery Boy (NAFEES) also told me that the gas cylinder would deliver soon but not delivered yet. But I have received a message regarding billing at 10:13 AM on 02-Jun-2020. They have not ready to supply gas for me. I believe that the agency had supply gas to others (Not booked persons for higher rate) by using my consumer number.

On 8 june 2020, i went to my nearest indane gas agency named paramarth indane service for a new gas connection. There i filmed the form for the new connection. Then i was asked for rs 3000. I gave 3000 rupees when i asked him to cut the bill of rs 3000, he said that the bill is not cut in our place. Then he made me a slip and said that after taking this slip, come next 5 days, we will give your connection slip. The slip was not a copy of a bill, only those who wrote it on the slip could read it. No one else.
When i went back there on june 13, i was given a connect agreement paper with total net payable amount of rs 1600. When i asked him about this, he gave no answer and started showing some calculations from the calculator. Which was an absolutely childish act.
This cheated me, i want the rest of my 1400 rupees to be refunded or my gas connection should be returned from ujjwala to general. And this episode should be strictly investigated. This has not only happened to me, it happens to all the people who go to seek new connections from paramarth indane service. Here the ujjwala connection is given after taking the price of the journal connection and a fraud of rs 1400 per customer.

The delivery boys are charging extra of rs. 50 per cylinder even though our house is in ground floor. Just imagine for 1 rs. 50 means if he covers 100 house he earns around rs. 5000 some people are not even aware of extra charge. So now i started to book online and make payment in online but still now the delivery boys are demanding rs. 25 though we are within 1 km. Is there any possibility to give complaint and any action will be initiated?

I have a problem about leakage of gas from cylinder, when i turned on the regulator there are huge gas is leaking from the cylinder we are very afraid of that is a dangerous issue, so can't cook bcoz i have no substitute stove for cooking meal, plz change my cylinder as soon as possible and resolve my problem.

I was a customer of Indane (IOC) when I was in Patna. This year in January, I shifted to Supaul with the Indane termination voucher. I showed the voucher to the Bharatgas ((BPC) and they created an account in Bharatgas. I could not go for Indane as there was no Indane gas agency in my area (Birpur, Supaul). But soon I found that I cannot book gas cylinders from the Bharatgas app. When I complained about this, they told me that in their computer...

Sir - i (Sonu) won the bike in iocl cricket carniwal with mobile no [protected] (I have applied in this carnival with invoice no 327608... Rs..302. All the details was seen in iocl official site. Email and sms received from iocl officials but in-spite of many follow-up i have not received any price/ feedback

Requested you to please look into this matter as soon as possible to resolve this problem, if i do not hear from you within
8 day, i will file legal complaint against ministry of petroleum and gas, petrol pump, etc

I booked my indane lpg cylinder on 1june. After that i got message my cylinder has been booked with eta 2 days. But till today i haven't got my cylinder. And i could not book new also because booking number is telling that cylinder is already delivered.
Complain number alawys comes as busy whenever i call. I am getting help from anywhere. Please help me on this. My consumer number is cx12862233.

Residing at moopanar nagar kumbakonam i have connections with tamil gas agency last two years previously agency name was murugan during the last two years musnt properly delivery but i received cylinder deliverd message the distributor misuse my cylinder to another customer i am long time waiting for gas cylinder so i humbly request yout to rectify or kindly take necessary action tamil gas agency or transfer to murugan gas agency thankyou

We were travelling from sawai madhopur to mt abu and needed to use the toilet at bhagwati filling station on chatter udaipur expressway. The toilets were locked and the staff refused to open them inspire of repeated requests.

Online lpg cancelled automatically with returned thrice reason which not done atleast once

Some shopkeeprs near pani ki tunky in shahpur goverdhanpur sector 128 noida are doing blacking in gas cylelendor. That have keep these in open place. They are feeling in small cylendors. Many instances of fire has been happen. But they are not stoping it. One police complain has fires also but they are not stoping to fill the cylendor and blacking of theses.

On 1 may, 2020. Indian oil corporation debited from my account of rs 584.50. Without my consent. Neither i get any messages nor any otp. Kindly return back my money. My card end numbers is 5732

Indian oil petrol share in tamil nadu salem district kengavalli circle puliyankurichi panchayat this morning i went to put two wheelers on gasoline. There is no roof. No safety equipment, no notice board and no complaint book to complain.

Sir o jatinder sharma from faridkot punjab. M/s rabra synergie is indian petrol pump in our city. But it's has very poor service of air facility they never gave essential services like air. I complaint it many time to pump manager and your senior officer mr vijay but not recieve any positive responce. Plz solve this problem and ask to pump owner for air water facilities
