I have booked a cylinder online on 3rd April 2020 and got the cylinder invoiced and delivered on 7th April 2020 .but the status of my order online is still showing not delivered due to which I am unable to book a cylinder on 6th May 2020.It shows that a case is already opened and not completed.my consumer no.is CX18337986 and the order reference no is[protected].please help as soon as possible.

On 30th april 2020 due to negligence of operator of petrol pump diesel was filled instead of petrol in my new tata nexon car causing damage to the engine. On receipt of report from tata workshop on 4th may 2020 i contacted sales collection officer of the pump but no actions till now. Hence i claim engine repair expenses compensation and litigation cost. The name and address of the petrol pumps is given as under

This filling station, employees are denying online billing. I have got my bike filled with fuel worth, 720 rupees on 04/05/20, at around 9.20 am. I was denied a online bill. When requested to fill air, the employee demanded money after filling the air and obstructed my vehicle to move from there without, paying money, for air. The air machine is striked of the word free air. They do not have proper washrooms and drinking water facility also.. I'm not able to upload the photos as it says exceeding picture size. We have been using Indane commercial cylinders in our restaurant in Nagercoil Tamilnadu since last 2 years. We are being charged the previous months rate if the price is reduced. But when the price increases they charge the increased

I have got under weight lpg cylinder. I had warned delivery boy yet he is providing under weight cylinder.

Passi Gas service is given very poor service, and never be able to deliver the Gas on time, we want to transfer our gas to other Gas service due to poor service by passi gass meerut.

On 6 th april 2020 ref no. [protected] received against unsuccessful payment of rs. 774.5
On 7th april 2020, received a sms that refund of payment of 774.5 initiated.
But till now i have not received the amount.
On 18th apr 2020, complaint raised in iocl website and service request number is[protected].
Without refunding the amount, the complaint has been closed. Pls take initiative to make the payment at the earliest

I have my mobile number being used by someone for a gas connection with Indane. That is unauthorised and not being used by me or anyone of my family. We have a separate Indane connection ourselves. I am getting messages on my phone regarding that gas connection in Umrani, while I am in Kolkata. The consumer number and delivery details are being sent to my mobile. I have tried everything possible to get this rectified, by calling my gas distributor who said he can not help and I call the IVRS helpline. The helpline is not even allowing me to reach customer care due to distributor number and consumer number of the other has connection not matching. I checked the details of that other connection through Paytm using my mobile phone number. There is no way of lodging a complaint on the Indane website also or sending a message through that, as those links don't work. I tried calling the toll free numbers given on the website also, which did not even connect.
Unable to find any other way to resolve this and needing to rectify this urgently as I do not want my phone number being used unauthorised say by some people for a gas connection, am making this request to have this checked and rectified urgently. This has been happening from 27 November 2019.

Deactivate my optd out of subsidy i am rajni as a consumer of indane gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked optd out of subsidy. I kindly request you to deactivate optd out of subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. Pls inform further what can i do to cancel the optd out of subsidy. Consumer name : rajni kaur consumer no. [protected] lpg id my number [protected]

As the running cylinder got exhausted, spare cylinder available was put to use. But, when the spare cylinder fitted with the regulator and knob is turned on, gas started leaking with a hissing sound. Immediately, same has been discarded and kept aside. The defective cylinder needs to be replaced immediately. It appears that the cylinder nozzle is defective and is not properly fitting in and getting locked to the regulator. We have tried with another spare cylinder of our neighbor with which the regulator is fitting properly without any gas leakage and we are able to use the gas. Hence, it gets clearly evident that there is some defect in the cylinder nozzle.

I have a gas connection with flame centre, south patel nagar in patel nagar, new delhi. I am kr aman bhartii my customer number [protected]. I had booked a to refill cylinder on 19th april 2019 till now i haven't got delivery.
From last five days i have continuously ringing on their no but no one has lifted phone,. All the nos are sounding busy. This is his regular feature, their behaviour r very rude and donot hear anything. Pl look into the matter and intervene immediately otherwise i alongwith other aggrieved consumers will force to make representation to petroleum minister and pmo.

Sir,
My consumer no is[protected][protected]). I had booked lpg refilling online long back. Today i received a message which speaks ' your invoice[protected] has been cancelled due to request by customer'.

This is completely false. I asked the bisoi indane gramin vitarak agency in bisoi, mayurbhanj about the matter. He says, presently lpg is being distributed to bpl families. Due to lack of stock, we had to cancel the invoice.

Kindly look into the matter. Is it true that presently the government agency is concentrating on the bpl families only. If this is true what should others do to manage the regular cooking necessities.

I received lpg refilled cylinder vide tax invoice no.[protected] dated 21/03/2020.

Whereas, subsidy amount not yet transferred to my bank account.

Kindly requesting you to transfer subsidy amount to my bank account at the earliest please.
