I have booked cylinder on 7.4.2020 n made online payment of ₹761.50 and ioc received the payment but deepa gas agencies didn't receive the amount and i have to pay cash for ₹ 761.50 at the time of delivery of gas cylinder. Hence i request you to please refund my amount of ₹761.50 which i have made online payment. Please do the needful at the earliest.

We want to complaint about provide less weight gas cylander by dubey gas agency.this is not 1st time. Every cylander they gave atleast 1 kg less cylander.

My self sumitra devi. And i got a problem since last 18 days. I can not book my indane gas cylender. When i book the indane gas cylender after some time i have got a message from indane. Your booking could not b created due to refill booking allowed after 15 days. But the last delivery date was 6 april 2020 on monday. After that now i can not book my indane gas cylender.

Now i am in a big problem. So please...

A message got from VM-IOCMKT i.e. (Amount of Rs833.0 is credited to your Aadhaar linked bank a/c for Indane LPG refill under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana. Book LPG refill and pay now.)
But amount is not credited in bank account.

As per government regulations and a declaration by collector of kolhapur, it is allowed to supply fuel to the vehicles. But "JYOTURLING FUEL STATION, PHULEWADI RINGROAD, KOLHAPUR, MH, 416012", is giving fuel to bikes, I even trued to explain it, but the owner and staff is too aggressive....

Booked a lpg domestic cylinder on 30 Mar 20 but not received yet . On enquiry showed it was delivered to others. This is the second incident. Pls clarify....

18 March I've booked my cylinder and paid rs 841\-through dabit card. Then I cancelled my booking 27 March fear of corona virus(if any corona effected patient deliver cylinder). But till today I've not received any refund amount in my account. But Indane app showing that the amount has been credited. Please do the needful ....
