On 6 th april 2020 ref no. [protected] received against unsuccessful payment of rs. 774.5
On 7th april 2020, received a sms that refund of payment of 774.5 initiated.
But till now i have not received the amount.
On 18th apr 2020, complaint raised in iocl website and service request number is[protected].
Without refunding the amount, the complaint has been closed. Pls take initiative to make the payment at the earliest

    I have my mobile number being used by someone for a gas connection with Indane. That is unauthorised and not being used by me or anyone of my family. We have a separate Indane connection ourselves. I am getting messages on my phone regarding that gas connection in Umrani, while I am in Kolkata. The consumer number and delivery details are being sent to my mobile. I have tried everything possible to get this rectified, by calling my gas distributor who said he can not help and I call the IVRS helpline. The helpline is not even allowing me to reach customer care due to distributor number and consumer number of the other has connection not matching. I checked the details of that other connection through Paytm using my mobile phone number. There is no way of lodging a complaint on the Indane website also or sending a message through that, as those links don't work. I tried calling the toll free numbers given on the website also, which did not even connect.
    Unable to find any other way to resolve this and needing to rectify this urgently as I do not want my phone number being used unauthorised say by some people for a gas connection, am making this request to have this checked and rectified urgently. This has been happening from 27 November 2019.
    The consumer number of the connection using my number as per the smses I received is -

    Thankyou so much. But no one has contacted me yet. Please let me know if there is any e-mail address or call number where I can lodge a complaint also with Indane. Their website does not allow it. Would like this sorted at the earliest so I face no issues with someone else using my phone number.

            As the running cylinder got exhausted, spare cylinder available was put to use. But, when the spare cylinder fitted with the regulator and knob is turned on, gas started leaking with a hissing sound. Immediately, same has been discarded and kept aside. The defective cylinder needs to be replaced immediately. It appears that the cylinder nozzle is defective and is not properly fitting in and getting locked to the regulator. We have tried with another spare cylinder of our neighbor with which the regulator is fitting properly without any gas leakage and we are able to use the gas. Hence, it gets clearly evident that there is some defect in the cylinder nozzle.

              Dear sir,
              I have a gas connection with flame centre, south patel nagar in patel nagar, new delhi. I am kr aman bhartii my customer number [protected]. I had booked a to refill cylinder on 19th april 2019 till now i haven't got delivery.
              From last five days i have continuously ringing on their no but no one has lifted phone,. All the nos are sounding busy. This is his regular feature, their behaviour r very rude and donot hear anything. Pl look into the matter and intervene immediately otherwise i alongwith other aggrieved consumers will force to make representation to petroleum minister and pmo.

                Sir,
                My consumer no is[protected][protected]). I had booked lpg refilling online long back. Today i received a message which speaks ' your invoice[protected] has been cancelled due to request by customer'.

                This is completely false. I asked the bisoi indane gramin vitarak agency in bisoi, mayurbhanj about the matter. He says, presently lpg is being distributed to bpl families. Due to lack of stock, we had to cancel the invoice.

                Kindly look into the matter. Is it true that presently the government agency is concentrating on the bpl families only. If this is true what should others do to manage the regular cooking necessities.

                  I received lpg refilled cylinder vide tax invoice no.[protected] dated 21/03/2020.

                  Whereas, subsidy amount not yet transferred to my bank account.

                  Kindly requesting you to transfer subsidy amount to my bank account at the earliest please.

                      We have booked a gas cylinder and made a payment of rs. 744.00 via "phonepe" app. However, to our surprise, when the cylinder came in for delivery, the invoice did not mention the online payment. Hence we paid them cash
                      Its been 10 days amount did not get refunded.. N we are trying helpline number for 10 days but were unable to reach them.. N even indane gas website is not getting open

                        Unwanted and irrelevant reply from iocl official to my registered grievance. And we have no way to take the issue to the concerned higher officials as iocl is not providing their phone numbers and email ids and our distributor and local area office and officials properly not attending, replying and at last not resolving my grievance. I can talk to my distributor only and he simply dumps the responsibility on the iocl whose concerned official's contacts we can not gather, then forget about his higher-ups contact details. This appears as an intentionally prepared ground by iocl to hide from knowing isses directly from us and to suffer consumers. My issue is my profile data in iocl software application is not the same as it's in my aadhaar and it's not showing my bank aadhaar linked sb account number in its app though i submitted it even recently. And the concerned official replied irrelevantly to this my grievance. Please make available your higher officials email ids and phone numbers to bring our unresolved issues into their notice. I have no belief in these systems of complain because each of these don't go into your higher-ups notice. The options you provide while registering complaint also not matching.

                          Dear sir/madam i had visited gas agency naming ss indane services address indane lpg distributors no.216, 1st floor, parvattinagar, behind mes school, laggere main road, laggere, bangalore 560058 regarding exchange regulator due to gas leakage. For this problem i had apporached the gas agency myself but was not given good service and they potrayed rude behaviour. They refused to exchange the regulator as the the registered person was out of station and locked due to corona virus. They asked us to pay a sum of rupees 1380 for the new regulator but that the bill will show rupees 300. On request they sent their staff for inspection even they said it to be as the regulator problem. When we asked for a immediate solution as it was highly dangerous (Gas leakage) on both ends we got the reply as "its your faith". This is a level of irresponsibility and bribery indirectly. So we request you to do the needful.

                              I had placed a refill booking on 9th april, 2020. And had paid online through the link provided by iocl. The amount got deducted from my bank (Checked with the bank too) the amount has been credited to merchants account.

                              When i got my lpg, had got a cash memo of 744rs. (I had to pay cash, since the distributor denied the online transaction)

                              I tried reaching the toll free number[protected] but no proper response recieved.

                              Please help me in the refund process.

                                I have booked cylinder on 7.4.2020 n made online payment of ₹761.50 and ioc received the payment but deepa gas agencies didn't receive the amount and i have to pay cash for ₹ 761.50 at the time of delivery of gas cylinder. Hence i request you to please refund my amount of ₹761.50 which i have made online payment. Please do the needful at the earliest.

M. Road, karimganj[protected] on[protected] under vide cash memo no-[protected] where there they provided a sms no-[protected] to forward a message for getting next refill on this aforesaid mobile phone instead of booking next at ioc. Accordingly i contacted this mobile phone but found no response. So, please resolve this matter at your earliest & thus oblige.

                                      We booked gas refill on the 8th of april 2020, for which we also received a reference no.[protected] via text message on the 9th of april 2020. On the 10th of april we received another message with a lpg bill no.[protected]. We were waiting for the delivery, but that didn't happen and on the 14th of april we received another text message which read as : your cyl is delivered with invoice no.[protected].

                                      We called the delivery person and the distributor's office numerous times, but didn't got any response from any of them.

                                      In this time of lockdown, we'll be in great trouble if the delivery is not done.

                                      Hence we want the delivery to be done asap.
