I have booked a cylinder on 6th april'2020 Ref no.[protected] at the same day i will make the payment from phonepe app and got the payment successful message, but not credited our consumer invoice, and the agency also collect that amount of 761.50/- so kindly refund the same

I'm using indane gas cylinder. The agency name is sabha gas agency which is located in velachery. Every time when they deliver the cylinder they demand 50 extra above original bill amount. I have informed them about this many times but no action was taken. Sometimes delivery person behaving rude and when i try to raise this concern with the agency i will get no proper response from them.

I am living in nellikuppam village kanchipuram district my consumer number is [protected] and i had booked a gas cylinder on 30th march and my invoice was generated on 4th april with invoice number[protected] till date i am yet to receive my cylinder delivery. On my repeated call to the the agency arasu agency he his very rude in replying and disconnects my call. I am suffering without a cylinder for the past 4 days. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Consumer No/ID: [protected]/[protected]. The cylinder SR No 864690D contained about 5 litres of water and we could'nt use it further. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

What is the status of my complaint, gas cylinder not delivered yet.

I am indane(LPG) cusyomer.consumer no-07245. I booked last 23rd march, 2020 .Today 16 fays passrd but, still i can, t rrcieved my cylinder..i call mu agency, s office but, they have no rrdponsed me st all. My agency, s nsme Keshab gas agencyGuwahati, adsam... So, plz solve my problems soon.

Sir, my consumer number is [protected] i booked on[protected]. I made online payment on[protected]. Since 7 days i didn't get lpg cylinder after wards distributor cancelled my order i didn't get my refund amount then after i booked new cylinder for that they taken cash from me. They are telling that ur amount is with company. So please kindly refund my amount to my account sir.

Sir I have complaint about u, my cylinder have booking on 1st April and today 8 that April and cylinder has not delivered to me and trimurti gas service provider says why are u so haste to us . So I request to u plz contact them and delivered my cylinder on time

Dear sir, i have a connection of indane gas, agency name sahi gas service, gopalganj, bihar, my consumer id :- 5959, i booked cylinder online 26/03/2020 order for consumer no. 5959 is registered with ref no.[protected] delivery eta : 2 days, second message received 28/03/2020 invoice no.[protected], rs.907.5 generated for indane gas, cylinder is under delivery, i asked hackers but hackers say no gas slip issue for delivery, but 07/03/2020 message received your cylinder is delivered with invoice no.[protected],
But cylinder not delivery yet, i facing big problem for lockdown and this distributor system, please help immediately.

I have ordered cylinder, but my subsidy is not credited. Adhaar is linked. Bank account is linked. I went to dealer agnihotri gas service. They informed me that one ujjwala connection is also linked to your account. I dont know whose connection is this. We dont have any bpl card nor we come under bpl category that we can have this type of connection. Its totally fault of iocl, dealer has nothing to do with it.
The whole process of new connection and after sales service of iocl is such a hectic process that i have no words.
Once again i request iocl team to contact me to resolve this matter and remove that unknown account from my id and issue my subsidy.

To the concerned authorities, indian oil. (Atharva indane gas agency gstin : 27aaspp2378qizk)

Due to improper services & many complaints from its other consumers, shall like to have some queries as -

• is the (Atharva indane) sanpada is the registered distributor of indian oil?

• what is its reg. Address " abhishek chs, shop 4, plot 24, sector 30, sanpada, navi mumbai or plot 38, tiger chowi, goteghar, dist - thane?

• is the mentioned agency is an authorized to operate it navi mumbai?

• noticed, as if the agency is operating in navi mumbai then why providing invoice copy with mentioned address of goteghar, dist - thane & why not navi mumbai?

Please fulfill & revert to the queries asap for the betterment of society & shall further discuss

My consumer no is T 7191 With M/S Maa Tara enterprises deoghar (Jharkhand) .i surprised when I got sms from ioc your cylinder delivers vide memo no [protected] but fact till date I didn’t get my cylinder after complaint twice in this horrible lock down situation. I have made payment 776 /- through debit card on 4th april 2020 (Ref no 125452) but it was failed then i tried to make another attempt with other debit card where 782/- deducted instant from my account (Ref no[protected]igai) after that i received another massage that 776 rs also deducted based on earlier transaction.
Please look into this.

Delivery boy came and asked for payment i showed sms he spoke to kandhari gas and they informed they have not received the payment he refused to deliver cylinder. On 03.04.2020 i spoke to kandhari gas again they informed they have not received the payment and within a minute i received a sms with ref. To "invoice no.[protected] has been cancelled due to customer refused refill'. Where is my money and why kandhari gas not received the payment.

I booked gas cylinder cylinder dated 27.03.20 and i have received a message "you refill gas has been delivered payment received by cash dated 29.03.20. But i have not any cylinder then i have register a complaint regarding this. Dated 30.03.20 i received a call from iocl office they said he will deliver tomorrow. Today dated 4.04.20 but i have not received yet. I tried so many time to contact them but they are not answering my call some time they cut my call

Sir i would likely to bring to your kind notice that government had ordered to offer free gas cylinders to the customers during lockdown period but the boy who came to deliver the cylinder from arjuna indane agency 17 bhavani nagar kolathur tamil nadu 600099had collected money of rs 800 in my absence my consumer no is 9172 i kindly request you to take action against the agency and asa well the delivery boy
