I booked a gas cylinder on 25/3/20 and i received a delivery message on 26/3/20 but there was no sign of cylinder. Kindly deliver the gas cylinder to my address.
I am providing my consumer id [protected]

I am vinay a resident of jobripur, north east delhi and a consumer of akash gas agency on johripur road, and today, on 28.03.2020, i witnessed lpg theft just in the street behind my house, where many delivery men of the above mentioned indane agency were entering a vacant plot and some of them were manipulating with the seal and extracting lpg from the cylinders that were brought straight from the godowns for delivery, and then they weighing...

I have done my booking for gas cylinder on[protected] and haven't got till date.

Order for cons no 15682 is registered with ref no.[protected]. Refill expected delivery:6 days.

And after discussing the same with delivery person rahul (Contact no: [protected]), he is not saying any actual date.

In these tough times where every other gas agencies are delivering the gas in only 2 days, this gas agency is really cheating the customers by not delivering on the given date or also not conveying message by when will i get?

It's not happen for the first time.

So, it's a request please solve our issue as soon as possible as many other customers who can't convey message to you are really suffering in these tough times by their poor services.

I am customer of indian gas with agency as marangburu enterprises subhash nagar chhota govindpur p. O.-gadra jamshedpur 831004. My customer no. Cx20153420.
I booked for gas cylinder on 18.03.2020 with assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. They come for deliver one week and demanding 50 rupees for delivery. But my home is under 1km from gas agency then why i should pay extra money for delivery. I didn't give extra money to delivery boy then they canceled my booking. Pls resolve my problem. The delivery boy always demanding extra money for delivery.

Dear sir I booked my gas 10 days ago and availability of cylinder is in abundance but vendor is reluctant to deliver on given time so he can bargain the price because it is very essential items for living so I become compelled to pay more

I surprise when i have recived my card statment that +18% gst in vew of given 10% cashe bake as per your adv.

My mother booked the gas on 18/3/2020 through calling but still it didn't dispatched to my address. It was booked to iocl barauni refiney branch. And today it is 27/3/2020. Kindly look into this matter seriously as right now we need it. We are having shortage of lpg gas. My bill no is[protected]. Sir please check it and reply me soon as soon as possible.

A gas cylinder was booked and the amount was paid online on the 30th jan 20020. To vishwanath gas agency, south bangalore.
The delivery boy insisted that the amount be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
A complaint was made by phone reference of which is iocl sr status update. Sr no[protected].
No reply from the agency nor the refund so far.

I booked a refill on 24/02/2020 vide kbooking no688905against consumer no30957which i find not duly recorded with my supplier ishita gas silchar
As such they could not deliver the cylinder to me. When i tried to contact them i find that they are not responding. Last i got cylinder on 21/02/2020. Surel you can understand my difficulty. I am a70years old man with no other young men with me. Naturally i cannot personally go to them. Will you please look into the problem. Interestingly you have registered another booking today.

My father suraj bali prasad booked a gas in ashoka gas services gorakhpur. We didn't received the gas cylinder but we received a sms saying that my gas is delivered with
Lpg bill no. :[protected].

This is completely not done. You guys are doing black marketing in this crucial time of lockdown too.
You sold the cylinder to someone else.

I am from jhargram district.i Don't get my indane gas till 1 months.but the authority gave false views without giving my LPG.this is very important for me.my cooking procedure is now stopped lac of gas.as soon as possible help me by giving me my lpg subsity

I am shaweta from udhampur, jammu and kashmir writing this complaint on the behalf of my father who is a senior citizen and not able to go outside.
My consumer number s-3864 and gas agency name is - super gas agency.
I booked my gas cylinder on 15.3.2020 (Online booking) with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date and cash memo-[protected] stands issued and a message has been received that cylinder stands delivered on[protected]. On[protected] the concerned dealer was contacted on phone and was informed that no cylinder has been received so far. He assured that the cylinder will be issued with in 1-2 hours but today dated[protected] the cylinder has not been received so far. Whenever being contacted on phone no response is being received. Being a essential service they are supposed for home delivery. This service of the dealer is very poor and whenever online booking is made it takes 7-10 days in normal days to receive the cylinder after several request personally/telephonic-ally. Necessary instructions may be issued to the dealer in this regard so that consumer may not suffer during these shutdown days. Hoping for an early action and immediate delivery of the cylinder.

There's this continue error in ordering a refill and i can't order refill as the message states a reason "as open order already exists for consumer". It's been 3 days

There is no question of going out for a senior citizen like me in this critical situation. I have repeatedly tried to connect you but in vain. The registered price of petrol is 75.37 but i am charged 78.45by mangaldeep petrolium bairagania.
I told him not to do this but he told me that if you have any issue then don't buy petrol from my outlet. He misbehaved with me. I want a strict action against him. So i want to say with indian oil corporation to show that what is he doing with your company

This is the second time when i booked by gas and received all details by message but i didn't got my gas cylinder. Here i am getting details that i will get it within 9 days but not get anything. There was a delivery boy name mr. Chandan. From last few years he is coming regularly and last time also he came to deliver. I just called him and asked then he said that "he didn't get sanitizer from office that's why he is not going" which is not a valid reason.
I think he is selling it in black because i got the message that my cylinder is delivered but i didn't get
I want solution because this is not the way to give service to customers.

Respected sir, i m customer of indane gas service at taj gas service in agra my customer id ms02350. I booked for refill on 18/3/2020 invoice generated on 22/3/2020 invoice[protected] ₹ 816.50. I have logged complaint online srn[protected]. I got message on 23/3/2020 your cylinder is delivered. But in real i don't receive any. This is not first time. Plz help me sir

My consumer no is [protected]. I have booked gas cylinder with online payment order is registered with ref no.[protected] on 21/03/20. Rs.826 generated for indane lpg refill. But today received msg as, " your invoice[protected] cancelled due to returned thrice. But no delivery boy came to my home or contact me atleast once.. Then how could it cancelled thrice within a day.. I need valid reason.. And need to refund my online payment...

There is no any kind of air suuply plus no any kind of response
