Sir,. Your message sent to me on 25th march. 13:57 mentions "your booking,[protected] has been cancelled due to door closer." is not a correct excuse. There is no question of going out for a senior citizen like me in this critical situation. I have repeatedly tried to connect you but in vain.     The registered price of petrol is 75.37 but i am charged 78.45by mangaldeep petrolium bairagania.
    I told him not to do this but he told me that if you have any issue then don't buy petrol from my outlet. He misbehaved with me. I want a strict action against him. So i want to say with indian oil corporation to show that what is he doing with your company

      My consumer id is 28112 and ref no.[protected] and lpg invoice no. Is[protected] and we are connected with sehgal gas agency, kamachha, varanasi
      This is the second time when i booked by gas and received all details by message but i didn't got my gas cylinder. Here i am getting details that i will get it within 9 days but not get anything. There was a delivery boy name mr. Chandan. From last few years he is coming regularly and last time also he came to deliver. I just called him and asked then he said that "he didn't get sanitizer from office that's why he is not going" which is not a valid reason.
      I think he is selling it in black because i got the message that my cylinder is delivered but i didn't get
      I want solution because this is not the way to give service to customers.

But in real i don't receive any. This is not first time. Plz help me sir

            My consumer no is [protected]. I have booked gas cylinder with online payment order is registered with ref no.[protected] on 21/03/20. Rs.826 generated for indane lpg refill. But today received msg as, " your invoice[protected] cancelled due to returned thrice. But no delivery boy came to my home or contact me atleast once.. Then how could it cancelled thrice within a day.. I need valid reason.. And need to refund my online payment...

              Mallick brothers indane gas agency is making unnecessary delay in servicing the gas after gas booking it takes 45 days in service
              It has been horrible for cooking
              The landline no of this agency is [protected] it is in hooghly
              Kindly take necessary action
              Despite repeated phone calls they don't bother to pickup and giving slang abusive languages

              They even don't take phone calls and after gas delivery of one time next booking can be done after 15 days
              Now how it is possible to continue with cooking
              They r making this practice not this time of crisis but also for the last 6 years
              Pls do something othereise it will create more vigorous

                  Dear madam/sir,
                  I am facing concurrent problem by our gas agency named “ roy & dutta enterprise” 13 indraloke – sodepur, kolkata -700110. Today i am compelled to lodged this because since last 5 months we are suffering for the same issue. The agency or their delivery boy intentionally delaying the delivery of my cylinder by sometimes 5-6 days some times a week. It happened to me many times and every time i went to the agency regarding the problem but no solution. I have told manager & proprietor so many times but no improvement. It is a humble request if you please take up the matter with the agency seriously.

                      The reference mentioned issue has not yet been looked into.
                      Sabha indane gas agency, no.51, cart track road, maduvankarai, guindy-32 ph. No.[protected] and[protected], having his residence or office at hig 1779, 4th main road, tnhb, velachery, chennai-42, with out using any godown, in the main road, the agent is doing loading and unloding of gas cylinders from lorry to minilorrys and tricycles, in all day and night hours causing great noice disturbance and traffic jam. Take action to protect the lives of the residence there. From early moning to night they cause great noise like an industry in the residential area. |this caused great mental agony and torturing to the residence there.
                      This may caused heath hazards to the residence therein.

                        Faced this issue 4times in the same petrol bunk...

                        If we ask them to fill petrol of rs 200,.
                        They pause filling at rs.50 by saying "sir 50/100 ka bola tha na..?" after confirming the amount, they continue filling the petrol till rs150 without pressing the zero button and asks to pay rs200.

                          The guy at the petrol pump filled my car tank with diesel instead of petrol after which i faced a severe breakdown at the middle of the night and had to call for assistance. Now i have been charged 6k+ for changing the fuel and replacing wires and so on. This is negligence & carelessness from the petrol pump end despite asking him to fill petrol and received the bill regarding the same, he chose to fill diesel without thinking of the consequences i m facing.

                          I need my compensation from the petrolpump.

                            A man named mansha ram sahu is a distributor of indian gas is doing black marketing of indian gas and stealing gas before distributing to the customers..
                            Even he is having more than 500 gas books and cylinders in his house. He is selling our gas to vehicle owners and restaurants.
                            I request to raid his home as you will get the proof and details..

                              I went to indian oil petrol bunk situated in parthasarathi puram cit nagar on 12 march 2020 to fill petrol for rs 100. As i asked the worker to fill he entered something and stand near me while filling the petrol in a way that i could not see the meter. And another person was swiping the card and i was busy entering the pin he filled up the petrol so quickly. And it doesnt gave me a mileage of even 20 kms. But avg mileage of my bike is 60 kmpl

                                Digital payment for booking my cylinder consumer no 23881) made on 05.03.2020 & received the massage confirmation from bz-iocmkt (Order no[protected] ref no #[protected], but gas dealer"jiban jyoti", dakhinapan, dhakuria, returned the cylinder on the reason that there is no information of prior digital payment with them.
                                But it is shown clearly in the computer that payment has been made on 05.03.2020 with the time. Sorry to say that till now no cylinder has been delivered.

                                I booked refill on 4th march 2020.
                                My order for cons no. [protected] is regtd with ref no.[protected] on 4th march 2020.
                                Lpg bill no.[protected] is genereted on 5th march 2020.
                                Refill is not deliverd till now.

                                On 11 March 2020, I booked an online lpg cylinder & while I was paying online for it, my transaction got cancelled and money was deducted from my bank account. I have done transaction via Google pay & have transaction ID of it.

                                  I have applied for a gas connection. It got released from distributor's end. But it is not showing me online in my account. So will i be able to check the details of my account and do online booking.
                                  In addition to it my dealer (Agnihotri gas service) informed me that your account is showing one more ujjwala connection linked to adhhar no ending with 9144.
                                  When we dont have any bpl card how can we have a ujjwala connection. I cant understand why it is linked to my account.
                                  I want complete updation and information why some unknown connection is linked to my account and remove it as soon as possible and confirm me about subsidy of my current account
                                  I am fed up of complaining against indian oil again and again.
                                  I called the customer care again and again. Either their no is busy or when gets connected, it keeps on hold and then automatically disconnected. I cant understand what is happening with indane.

                                  From manager to some staff are not following rule subject to consumer services.
                                  Manager is also not replying to customer.
                                  Manager is also pressure under staff. So anyone having power in the position to solve nonsense behave. Please do something.
