Sabha indane gas agency, no.51, cart track road, maduvankarai, guindy-32 ph. No.[protected] and[protected], having his residence or office at hig 1779, 4th main road, tnhb, velachery, chennai-42, with out using any godown, in the main road, the agent is doing loading and unloding of gas cylinders from lorry to minilorrys and tricycles, in all day and night hours causing great noice disturbance and traffic jam. Take action to protect the lives of the residence there. From early moning to night they cause great noise like an industry in the residential area. |this caused great mental agony and torturing to the residence there.
This may caused heath hazards to the residence therein.

Faced this issue 4times in the same petrol bunk...

If we ask them to fill petrol of rs 200,.
They pause filling at rs.50 by saying "sir 50/100 ka bola tha na..?" after confirming the amount, they continue filling the petrol till rs150 without pressing the zero button and asks to pay rs200.

The guy at the petrol pump filled my car tank with diesel instead of petrol after which i faced a severe breakdown at the middle of the night and had to call for assistance. Now i have been charged 6k+ for changing the fuel and replacing wires and so on. This is negligence & carelessness from the petrol pump end despite asking him to fill petrol and received the bill regarding the same, he chose to fill diesel without thinking of the consequences i m facing.

I need my compensation from the petrolpump.

A man named mansha ram sahu is a distributor of indian gas is doing black marketing of indian gas and stealing gas before distributing to the customers..
Even he is having more than 500 gas books and cylinders in his house. He is selling our gas to vehicle owners and restaurants.
I request to raid his home as you will get the proof and details..

I went to indian oil petrol bunk situated in parthasarathi puram cit nagar on 12 march 2020 to fill petrol for rs 100. As i asked the worker to fill he entered something and stand near me while filling the petrol in a way that i could not see the meter. And another person was swiping the card and i was busy entering the pin he filled up the petrol so quickly. And it doesnt gave me a mileage of even 20 kms. But avg mileage of my bike is 60 kmpl

Digital payment for booking my cylinder consumer no 23881) made on 05.03.2020 & received the massage confirmation from bz-iocmkt (Order no[protected] ref no #[protected], but gas dealer"jiban jyoti", dakhinapan, dhakuria, returned the cylinder on the reason that there is no information of prior digital payment with them.
But it is shown clearly in the computer that payment has been made on 05.03.2020 with the time. Sorry to say that till now no cylinder has been delivered.

I have applied for a gas connection. It got released from distributor's end. But it is not showing me online in my account. So will i be able to check the details of my account and do online booking.
In addition to it my dealer (Agnihotri gas service) informed me that your account is showing one more ujjwala connection linked to adhhar no ending with 9144.
When we dont have any bpl card how can we have a ujjwala connection. I cant understand why it is linked to my account.
I want complete updation and information why some unknown connection is linked to my account and remove it as soon as possible and confirm me about subsidy of my current account
I am fed up of complaining against indian oil again and again.
I called the customer care again and again. Either their no is busy or when gets connected, it keeps on hold and then automatically disconnected. I cant understand what is happening with indane.

Sir/madam,
With due respect, i, dr. Bighnaraj pal (Mobile no.- [protected]), bring to your notice a cheating incident with me at the indian oil petrol pump jaleswar ksk, nandankanan road, nandan vihar, kalarahanga, odisha – 751024. I went to the said petrol pump to refuel petrol in my white wr-v honda car, bearing registration number od02bj 5355, around 7.30 pm (Between 7.15 pm to 7.45 pm) on 11.03.2020. When i asked a staff to give me petrol for rs.1100/- another staff attempted to divert my attention by explaining 10% cashback offer. Then suddenly i saw the first staff had already started filling petrol without asking me to ensure zero meter reading. At the end i observed the fuel meter of my vehicle showing less than the desired level that too when fuel price was less compared to earlier refills. I think you can check this by observing the cctv installed at the petrol pump. I have attached the receipts along with this complaint.

It is illegal to sell petrol in bottle.. Staff of indian oil woodlands agencies bangalore sold petrol in plastic bottle.. Time was 10:18 am on 8th march 2020 on outlet number 2..
Upon asking the staff they told they’ll see and when i told i’ll complaint they said go do what you want.. I’ve even recorded video of the staff.
Just because of some people like there are problems for other people.
Really disappointing.

Only lpg dispensing unit at shri sai auto service, nerul, navi mumbai has been closed since more than six months. Every time the dealer says it will open in 15 days. Many customers with lpg vehicles are waiting badly for lpg.

As there is no alternative supplier in nearby location, how you have allowed them to close the unit. Iocl should take immediate action for opening of lpg service for vehicles in nerul.

Dear sir, i request to say that i m your consumer of indian gas from shuklaganj gas service, shukla ganj -209861 district unnao, state uttar pradesh.. My consumer no is [protected] and also consumer name maya devi.. Sir i book my gas as home delivery 12 feb.2020 but sir the shuklaganj gas service has not send my gas till date (06 march-2020). I attend shuklaganj gas service three time for inquiry answer send your gas yesterday..

We booked cooking gas on 02/03/2020. Our booking number is[protected]. We received an sms on 03/03/2020 with an invoice number[protected] without a delivery date and time. When the delivery man came and called (His mobile number [protected]) us at 12:47pm on 04/03/2020, we were out for grocery purchase. We told him that we will be back within 1 hour. When we reached home at 13:36pm we called him to know whether he is nearby. He said that he already send the message to ioc and told us call the agent sainik gas number [protected]. When we called the agent at 15:25pm on 04/03/2020 to know whether to cancel our booking and book again. They said don’t cancel, we will deliver within 2 days. From that date we were waiting for the gas delivery without going anywhere. This morning (06/03/2020) at 09:19am we received an sms “dear indane customer, your booking[protected] has been cancelled due to returned thrice”. So, we called the agent to know the fact, they receive information only after 3 days and told us book the gas again. We don’t know what is “returned thrice”. The delivery man called us only once. Our concerns are:
A) why the agent didn’t tell us to book again when we called then on 4th.
B) why they mention “returned thrice”. It is a lie and blaming the consumer.
C) they together wasted our 3 days time waiting for gas.
This is not the first time they are doing this to us. We kindly request you to look into this matter and give us justice. Thanks and regards

Today i received a msg that notify me to delivery lpg by me. Butit is not actually last month on 22/02/2020 only i received my lpg. So, i informed you sir that illegally someone booking and delivered from my lpg id and its happening from many months may be years. I think it is not only me may hundred or thousand peoples are suffering like this. Some are doing the illegal things and they supply otherone in profitable rate. So this type of corruption is going happening and we consumers suffering. I heartily request you to that take immediate action plz and secure us.

[protected],[protected], for the past few months, just like an industry at 1774, 4th main road, tnhb, velachery, chennai-42, is doing loading and unloading of gas cylinders in the public road, mini lorry, tri-cycles and two wheelers, causing unbearable noise to the residence in the area and causing traffic and dust pollution, day and night without minding others as human beings. This causes great mental torturing and peacelessness to the residence and elders living in that area. The only aim of the said agent is to make money without caring about the welfare of the residence there. Your company has to take proper action to prevent him to do same to protect the life of the people and safe guard them. There is no use to delaying the matter. I feel that necessary action will be taken by the company immeciately.

[protected] amounting to Rs.748.50 on 02.02.2020 but not delivered.Next I further booked on 09.02.2020 vide booking no.327533, for which invoice no.[protected] amounting to Rs.748.50 on 11.02.2020 but cylinder has not been delivered.I moved to the office 14.02.2020. Then cylinder was delivered on 15.02.2020 vide invoice no. [protected] dated 12.02.2020 amounting to Rs.897.50. But no message was sent to registered Mobile about the invoice.It is also noted that No. of cylinder delivered is shown 9 instead of 7 which is not as per govt. norms, I think. Please do the needful.
