Petrol pump night staff are not providing card swiping facility. And here i bring in your kind attention that the staff are not behaving properly to the customer. Today i had i bad experience from indian oils new janatha fuels kunnachery calicut. The staff misbehaved for asking back the balance after filling the petrol. I ask for card swiping and he refused to use card. After that i give money and ask for the balance but he refused and say me to give the correct change. And the guard pulled out my vehicle. After i shouted and the other customers got interrupted in this issue staff throw me the money balance back. After that, he insulted me and note my vehicle number and he threatened me that he know how to manage it. So i kindly request you inform the pump management to keep customer friendly staff and customer friendly services in the petrol pump.

    My customer id is [protected]. I have booked cylinder for refill on 23 jan 2020 and booking number is [protected] i have made payment online for that cylinder and as per ioc portal, they got payment but as per rathwa gas dealer, they didnt get payment in their account and i need to pay again that amount at the time of cylinder delivery i have complianed in rathwa gas agency and ioc as well but there is no response i haven't gotten back my amount yet it is almost 15 days but there is no action. I tried to connect with ioc customer care, but no one is responding. It is almost 15 days but no resolution.

      New connection not released yet i have made a complaint on 1 feb also. No response from distributor. No shared to me on resolution [protected] does not exist when i was calling it.. Will indane provide some solution?. They are just saying they have informed the distributor please wait, nothing else. On th other hand iocl claims to issue connection in 7 days.
      In my case more than 10 days have passed, not even kyc is verified.

        Iam an employee working nearby nilambur, i have field work and office also. Iam using my bike for outdoor traveling, in pookotumpaadam there are many outlets for oil consumption, i try to choose priyans petroleum (Iocl ancham mail) simply because of their quality of service and commitment towards work. But the canopy of this particular petrol pump is smaller when compared to others,
        On rainy season while my byke is filling water sprayed to my tank by rain
        During summer this canopy won't help to gave shade to customer. And however they try to increse their quality of service by this reason many customers are complaining about this.

          Hello! This is ashish garg
          Today on 03/02/2020 at 20:35:16 in shaheed deshraj fill. St. I went to fill diesel and told them to give me the slip later and then we left the pump later after filling oil then later on one of my friend who is sitting next to me told me tht in slip it is mentioned that u have been charged for this diesel of rs77.24 per/ltr. Which is totally fraudlent thing, then i go to this pump again from idle of my route they told me this is technical error but think how many people got suffered before me, then they return my change but this is something which is not acceptable if i don’t saw this slip then how much they are earning extra becoz of their omission error and others...

          The behaviour of emploies are very bad very rude and arrogant
          I havefilled my scooter to max capacity which holds 5L, i had to fill another 600ML to top it up . So for 5L petrol they are eating 600ML petrol.

            Dear sir,

            I have booked a cylinder on 04 jan 2020 and paid 733/- through debit card. When i called modern indane gas agency than he said that he has not received any booking for 04 jan 2020, so that's why not delivered yet.
            Modern gas agency booked a new cylinder on 15 jan 2020 and its delivered on 17 jan 2020, and i have paid for this cylinder in cash.
            I have complaint many times to your customer care no. [protected]
            But they are providing wrong resolution continuously.

            I have registered a complain against this case in consumer help line.
            The details are as follows :

            Plz look this matter, i want to know where is my payment gone which i have paid on 04 jan 2020.
            One more thing i want to share with you that the booking of 04 jan 2020 is showing in my indane gas app and web login also.

            This Filling station has no air pressure point in active position.
            Behavior is also not good when asked to employee about air pressure facility.
            Almost all pumps do not provide such facility.

              I received the above message on 22 January 2020. Post which I received the confirmation with amount to be paid during delivery.
              Today I find it is automatically cancelled. I had to again book a new one. Please ensure that I receive the cylinder this time. Or else it will be difficult.

                Today morning I went to fill petrol at M/s Hariom Petroleum, I asked to fill petrol of 3 liters, and the person filled it. At the time of payment I choose option through Paytm. I just started to fill details the guys enforce me to fill full amount of ₹ 211.29/-.I was unable to add ₹0.29 digit after decimal so I asked him to fill amount from my mobile. He was also failed. Then he shouted and using abused word told me I shall ask to fill petrol of rounded amount. After such humiliation I felt very bad for only ₹0.29

                Dear sir, I have gas Connection of Indane Gas distributor Amar Gas Service, East Delhi, bearing Consumer Number 47412. My Cylinder gas got blank within 11 days due to high amount of Water in cylinder.

                Please help me to replace my cylinder due to this type of fraud by the distributor
                Sir we didn't get the cylinder delivered having booked twice in this week. Invoice no are[protected] [protected] from LPG dealer SOMESWARA ENTERPRISES consumer no SE007217. Having reported many times earlier and kept on repeating the same issue to us request you to take strict measures on them. Our pH no [protected].

                  The distributor of Shivam gas agency in Guwahati, maligaon named Dhiraj, charges a sum of ₹50-60 delivery charges everytime he delivers a cylinder. This amount varies from C2C.. first of all is it legal to take such kind of delivery charge? If yes, why is the amount not same for all?? Further, if it's legal, there should be a seperate issue of slip or receipt..whybis it not transparent? And it has also happened that he instead of delivering the cylinder to the person who booked, illegally sells the cylinder to someone else in black..we don't even get 1 cylinder in a month even after booking it in the right time... please look into the matter as soon as possible

                    I have booked a lpg cylinder on 30/01/2020 wrongly. My consumer no.27630. I forgot that i shall not be available at that tine nor anyone to receive the same. A msg.in this regard has been recd. By me. It would not be out of place to mention here that no cashmemo has yet been generated till date.

                    I request you to cancel my booking which was booked on 30/01/2020.

                        Iam not registered with indane gas for lpg gas ordering. Still iam getting order messages on my mobile number that i have ordered lpg gas.

It's been 10 days our cylinder is not yet delivered and i see that this issue is repeating frequently.in past only same thing we have faced and brought a cylinder directly from the agency. How many times we have to face this problem??? We are fed up with this!!! I just need a immediate response on this issue!!!

                          The customer care complaint number is worst they will not answer at all, never it get connected... Then what is the use of having such costumer care numbers. I have tried so many times in order to complaint about the issue. But it is not connecting since three days..

                              I am not having any lpg connection in my name or number.
                              A message was received on my account stating that
                              "dear mr parkash chander, a payment of rs 709.5 has been initiated against your order[protected]."
                              Then after, again a message popped stating that
                              "dear, payment of rs.709.50 has been successfully received against your order[protected]. Ref num #[protected]"
                              A transaction has been done from my account for which i haven't requested any service.
                              Please provide assistance in this regard.

                                Booked refill cylinder (Refill ref no #[protected] on 11th january for my home. Till 22 nd january invoice not generated. After i complaint invoice generated 23 rd january. I expect refill will come 23 rd or 24 th january. But refill cylinder not came till today. After invoice generated i paid rs. 734 via online using my debit card. The payment was successful. Today i check with my ioc app it is showing cylinder refill is completed on 25 th january 2020 i really shocked how without receiving my refill cylinder they are updated refill completed. I am calling the delivery person number which is given that app he is not attended the phone even single time his name is mentioned chandrasekar regularly he only deliver the refill for my home. But this time only happening like this. Regularly i pay cash mode only. For the first time i paid using online mode i am facing this problem. But i really don't know how without deliver the refill cylinder they can mention refill was delivered. Who will update this either delivery person or the some one in medavakkam office person. Who did wrong i am very much suffering from this. From 11 th january 2020 to 26th january 2020 more than 15 days i am not getting refill cylinder. Please take immediate action regarding my complaint. No one be affected like me in future. Agency should take care regarding this type of problems actually where and who actually doing this fraud type of actions.

                                  Today, i had gone through a very bad and horrable experience ever in my life. Taken 4 litere petrol rs. 310.80 and payment mode was credit card. People laxman was charged rs.311/- from pos terminal. While filling up petrol, he was pulling and releasing nozal in some interval. When i requested him to not do so, he talked me very rudely and start abusing me. Also i requested him to not charge this exacess amount then then the person started to abuse me again. These petrol pump people cheating to customers since long time. Few complains already filled by some customers in last few days. Please assist here and teach a lesson to these gunda people.                                     Dear sir madam
                                    I visit to kaner petrol pump at moga near kingdom hotel they said me that i[censored] gonna fill a petrol u have to swipe first how much u wanna fill but i want to fill a full tank how can i swipe card first the guy over there misbehaving with me i don’t understand why indian oil not providing card facilities. I visit today there at 1.10 pm car swift pb 29x0330
                                    Even they don’t have any manager or management guy over there who deal with us. Please sort this as soon as possible other wise i have to visit in a court i know it’s a government petrol pump not a private. I am very disappointed with this petrol pump. I am running a driving school in moga we have fill regularly.

                                      As i booked the cylinder on 22 june 2020 and paid online successfully. And my cylinder invoice no. Is[protected]. Which has not been delivered to my house. But i got the sms and showed in the mobile app that your cylinder has been delivered. But i could not find any cylinder. I had already raised the complaint but till now no satisfactory solution has been found.

On 12.01.2020i booked a cylinder bearing invoice no[protected].. Till now we have not received the cylinder and when we are calling gas agency for the same they are not lifting the call..
