I am not having any lpg connection in my name or number.
A message was received on my account stating that
"dear mr parkash chander, a payment of rs 709.5 has been initiated against your order[protected]."
Then after, again a message popped stating that
"dear, payment of rs.709.50 has been successfully received against your order[protected]. Ref num #[protected]"
A transaction has been done from my account for which i haven't requested any service.
Please provide assistance in this regard.

The ioc petrol pump in RT nagar bangalore is selling adulterated petrol, twice i had to clean my petrol tank due to water mixed with petrol.

    Booked refill cylinder (Refill ref no #[protected] on 11th january for my home. Till 22 nd january invoice not generated. After i complaint invoice generated 23 rd january. I expect refill will come 23 rd or 24 th january. But refill cylinder not came till today. After invoice generated i paid rs. 734 via online using my debit card. The payment was successful. Today i check with my ioc app it is showing cylinder refill is completed on 25 th january 2020 i really shocked how without receiving my refill cylinder they are updated refill completed. I am calling the delivery person number which is given that app he is not attended the phone even single time his name is mentioned chandrasekar regularly he only deliver the refill for my home. But this time only happening like this. Regularly i pay cash mode only. For the first time i paid using online mode i am facing this problem. But i really don't know how without deliver the refill cylinder they can mention refill was delivered. Who will update this either delivery person or the some one in medavakkam office person. Who did wrong i am very much suffering from this. From 11 th january 2020 to 26th january 2020 more than 15 days i am not getting refill cylinder. Please take immediate action regarding my complaint. No one be affected like me in future. Agency should take care regarding this type of problems actually where and who actually doing this fraud type of actions.

      Today, i had gone through a very bad and horrable experience ever in my life. Taken 4 litere petrol rs. 310.80 and payment mode was credit card. People laxman was charged rs.311/- from pos terminal. While filling up petrol, he was pulling and releasing nozal in some interval. When i requested him to not do so, he talked me very rudely and start abusing me. Also i requested him to not charge this exacess amount then then the person started to abuse me again. These petrol pump people cheating to customers since long time. Few complains already filled by some customers in last few days. Please assist here and teach a lesson to these gunda people.         Dear sir madam
        I visit to kaner petrol pump at moga near kingdom hotel they said me that i[censored] gonna fill a petrol u have to swipe first how much u wanna fill but i want to fill a full tank how can i swipe card first the guy over there misbehaving with me i don’t understand why indian oil not providing card facilities. I visit today there at 1.10 pm car swift pb 29x0330
        Even they don’t have any manager or management guy over there who deal with us. Please sort this as soon as possible other wise i have to visit in a court i know it’s a government petrol pump not a private. I am very disappointed with this petrol pump. I am running a driving school in moga we have fill regularly.

          lpg cylinder not delivered but sms received for delivered

          As i booked the cylinder on 22 june 2020 and paid online successfully. And my cylinder invoice no. Is[protected]. Which has not been delivered to my house. But i got the sms and showed in the mobile app that your cylinder has been delivered. But i could not find any cylinder. I had already raised the complaint but till now no satisfactory solution has been found.

On 12.01.2020i booked a cylinder bearing invoice no[protected].. Till now we have not received the cylinder and when we are calling gas agency for the same they are not lifting the call.. Kindly do the needful to reach the cylinder at earliest...

            My name is gowthami, having gas connecting with sampally gas service (Code[protected] id number [protected].

            I have given icici bank details for refund of subsidy but not receiving the same. When i enquired about it they simply saying subsidy has been credited to boi account. I never stepped into boi branch in my life then how could i have an account in boi. And there is no proper information further on it. Asking us to go to boi and check account number. How could i go and ask boi when i do not know and do have nothing.

            This is completely fraud which they are doing.. Need your action on it.

              After booking as mentioned in the subject i hv recevd. Booking confirmation sms, as intimated the cyndl. Expected to be delivered witin 7 days. But, surprisingly i hv recvd. Sms on 17/01/20, that, my booking has been cancelled. Now, i want to know how a booking can be cancelled without any initialisation for booking cancellation by the consumer?
              Now, i want to know why my booking has been cancelled by the distributor and how to compensate the interim 10 days delay between my dr of booking and dt. Of cancellation? In this way of procedure people like us will be able to refill empty cylinder, because same game again may play by the distributor.
              Want an immediate inquiry agst. The booking pl. Otherwise, i will not keep quite.

                  I have a indane gas connection under h 4500 in name of kulwant rai jain s/o sh. Dharam chand at your office mandi dabwali. I had visited the office of lpg dealer on 11th instant for enquiring about the formalities to be complete for getting second cylinder on my lpg book. After completion of formalities i paid visit to the dealer and requested him to provide me second cylinder. I was taken aback to learn from the manager of the dealer that indane company has denied to provide cylinder to the consumers till march 2020 because the cylinders are not available with the company. I could not swallow this reply and i do not feel that reputed indane can pass such instructions. You are requested to pass necessary instructions to issue me second cylinder impromptu.

                    Well i am a regular customer of m/s. Vishal petrol pump, mate chowk, nagpur.

                    On 10th of january, 2020 i went to fill petrol at 5.30 pm evening at m/s. Vishal petrol pump, mate square, nagpur. One lady asked me to come and stand at one location to fill petrol but the lady namely mrs. Ranjana patil, resident of dighori, nagpur refuse to fill petrol and asked me to stand at another que. Every time whenever i go to fill petrol she use to play the nasty game.. I complaint the matter on the spot to the manager who is managing the petrol pump but he showed deaf ear to my complaint and did not took any action against her rude behaviour. Further she told me in future do not come to m/s. Vishal petrol pump, mate chowk, nagpur to fill petrol. I asked the manager that i want to speak to the owner of the petrol pump immediately but he refused to do so.

                    Further i wish to inform you that if she is not willing to give proper customer care to the public she should immediately resign the job. Kindly take immediate action under intimation to me.

                      Hi i am not a customer of indane and i have never used my phone number for any cylinder booking.
                      But on 31st december 2019, an indane cylinder was booked with my number and was delivered successfully. Today i have again received a booking from my number.

                      Please stop this asap. Someone is misusing my phone number for the fraudulent booking.

                        I am working for indian army i sifted from jaipur to meerut in 2014. I transfer my connection to balasundra indian gas service dharam market g., t road, near peer ritani meerut. By mistake while filling form i pressed no for subside receiving permission. Then i request company about the same to do correction in my form. Then they repaid that our aadhar card no updated. Than we again updated our aadhar card in the company. Even after that we haven't received any subsidy amount. Than we again complain regarding the same to area manager regarding our problem and mail him about the same wen have not recived any replay so far. After that we complain again in gas agency the gas agency mailed regarding the same but nothing happed. Its been 5 year we have not received any subsidy. We again went to gas agency today date 14 jan 2020 and call the dgm sandeep yadav but no response given to our problem.

                            Petrol filled on indian oil pump at karad, on mulik petroleum, mangalwar peth on 12 th january 2020. Demand was for 210 rs. Of petrol, and he entered the same amount, but the meter showed the reading of 250 rs. Which was then collected which was not good. How it's possible that amount entered was 210 and meter shows 250. It looks fraud, and a way to get more money than actually sold petrol. Please look into it seriously.

                            I tried requesting for a new LPG connection online, I have approached Indane gas agency and informed I need connection without gas stove and store person suggested me to apply online.
                            After filling up all the details, when I submit the form it says Null Input. Unable to register.
                            I am a regular customer of your company.But I am dissatisfy with the service given.The petrol pump not give any service where I refill petrol regularly.This is very unfurtunate.

                                    I booked a lpg on december 27, 2019 and paid for it on the same day through online using my hdfc debit card. I also received a confirmation for my payment. Invoice for my booking was created on december 30, 2019 and on december 31, 2019, i received a message that my booking was cancelled due to price change. The booking is cancelled but the amount i paid for my lpg was not refunded. Need your assistance as soon as possible.

                                      My mobile number is registered to some other consumer number than my consumer number. Through ivrs number i booked cylinder but it got bookings to some other consumer number unknowingly and i paid through online payment also and after 5days i inquired the gas agency about this they said we are not able to trace the consumer number which i booked and paid and they said i gave this mobile number for that consumer number but i have not got any gas connection before and i have not gave my number to anybody also because am using this mobile number for the past ten years here my fault is not there and they linked my mobile number to some other person belongs to indane gas agency, and the consumer number which i paid is cx16388118 and booking ref no:[protected] and bill invoice
