Indian Passport — Refund money

The amount 1512.75 rupees has been deducted from my boi bank account but the status for my passport application form is still showing me payment failed at 07/07/2017. After then i call customer care and said to me that your money refunded in 7 working days and do again payment of your application form and then i do again payment of my application form then success. My arn no is - 17-[protected]. Please refund my money
As soon as possible.
