Indian Post Payments Bank — Refund credit by amazon but still not received in bank

I had ordered a product of RS.1999 (oneplus bullet wireless z base addition colour black) in Amazon on 16/09/2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 27/09/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
