Indian Post — Postman delaying delivery of parcel

My medicines reached the last mile, the nearest post office on Tuesday, but the postman seems to be too busy to deliver it to my place. The tracking ID is EG[protected]IN and someone is always at home for the parcel.

I'm attaching a picture of tracking as the parcel keeps being kept on hold with the false excuse of "Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located". The postman has my phone number and he can easily contact me and has done so on previous occassions.

I understand the staff is super busy and overworked, but medicines are something which cannot be delayed.

Please help me get my medicines asap.
