To The indian railways Kolkata Subject: complaining about misbehaviour and harrassment Dear sir, I regret to draw the fact to your attention that i (Ram kumar keshari) and my wife sapna keshari was travelling from howrah to rampurhat and i gave tickets to the ticket collector when he came to check and even showed the soft copies of our aadhar and pan card and voter id card to him. But he said that only the hardcopy original is accepted and misbehaved and harrased us very badly. We are aged people and it was very difficult to face all these. We were forced to go to the non resevation compartments.
