[Resolved]  Indiangiftsportal.com — Incomplete Order and broken item delivered by Indian gifts portal

I am very sorry to inform you that, the rakhi were not delivered as per the order # 693967. The order was placed on 22-Aug-2015. The same item was not delivered as displayed beautifully on website. Below is the email of delivery notification. The hamper was received yesterday. I opened the hamper but there were no rakhis. The hamper was too fragile and tight to open. And when it was opened It was broken already inside. Did you forget to keep the rakhis with the package? I am really disappointing with this order. I tried to contact on Phone but no luck. I have dropped an email with issue and attached the pics of what was received and that was different from what was displayed on website while order. I also tried to contact online chat - here is chat script to tell you how professional are they to provide the solution and to chat with customers. They might be busy however I think this is not the way to treat customers very casually without any response and solution of the concern reported. I am really disappointed indiangiftsportal: and do mention about the missing rakhi and ur order i yes we redeliver the producct Me: but you know the rakhi festival is in next i day one day left indiangiftsportal: our team will revert u back yes Me: I am really disappointed with this order indiangiftsportal: the redelivery will not b possible by 29 Me: The way it was delivered even after paying a large amount for small things which was not really worth for so Is that customers fault? are you done with solution? and then received no response.
