My wife has booked a valentine gift for me which will require to be delivered on 14 Feb, 2014. The date of delivery was definitely confirmed before placing the order evenif, the item was delivered 10 days before the given date. My wife has placed a gift order special on this site because this site was giving delivery on the expected date. Otherwise, far better online options were available for gift on another sites. She is really disappointed by such type of wrong commitment/ assurance by this site Moreover, the message was also needed to be written along with red rose...that was neither on gift pack nor inside.
