[Resolved] Indiangiftsportal.com — Bloody cheaters!! Couldn't deliver item two times | |||||
I ordered an item for my brother as a birthday gift on 3rd of November. It was supposed to reach by 7th November max. But it has not been reached yet. And these bloody irresponsible people aren't doing anything. Neither they respond to my calls nor they updating anything about my item online. I live in US and matching Indian time and calling them is a pain, but still I call them almost everyday. They just say we'll deliver your item as soon as possible and nothing has been done by now. Also, they are not willing to refund my money which approximately Rs 3000. Not even this time, last time in August I ordered a rakhshabandhan gift for my brother, they just delivered one item out of the gift and 2nd is pending till date. They aren't even checking about that particular item after I inquired so many times. They are bloody thieves. But I am not gonna leave them this time. I'll do whatever is possible to sue them.
