I have got a call before 2 days saying that we have lot of good leads like that, mr. Charan called me yesterday, he spoke to me for one hour, he forced me to pay the amount by giving false promises, he said customer is ready to give cheque like that and he said i have to give receipt in one day like that, i felt may be he is saying correct like that and i paid 5900 online, i postponed 2 times but still he pushed me to pay by saying our leads are ready to close like that, after paying amount i purchased 3 leads, first lead he said i am in interested in buying, i want only information like that, second lead here it is mentioned here is mr. Sawan mukheria, but he said it is not his name, and he is not looking for life insurance, and third i purchased 3rd lead, which he is not at all lifting the phone from purchase, 4th lead he is saying he is not from hyderabad, he comes to hyderabad very rarely and he will call me once he reaches hyderabad

Frauds made by charan and leads market -

1. Mr. Charan said leads are ready to close but here no one is meeting, please look in to this, mr. Charan himself not lifting my phone after mis selling.

2. When i try to purchase insurance lead, it is asking to wait 600 sec, which no one mentioned from lead market before purchase.

3. All executives are calling and giving false promises and nothing is coming true.

4. I denied to take subscription but got calls 5 times before taking and shown me a hope that i will get good business and got bluffed.

5. Mr. Charan made another promise that for every failure lead he will replace, but as of now i applied for 3 leads for replacement but all are been rejected evenn though those are fake leads.

6. Mr. Charan did not mentioned about terms and conditions before taking the plan, and i have never find those, and i have anot never agreed

7. Like me there were so many members, i request cyber crime police to save them also.

8. As insurance agent we hope, but you are playing with our hope and making cash

9. Some of those leads are your network only, simply you are playing with us, i request respected police and respected to look in to this also.

1. We will do multiple campaigns(Promotional messages, Advertisement in Times of India, Economic times and other regional newspapers) to reach out the customer with our help-line number-[protected]. If they wanted to know about the financial products, they would leave a missed call on the given number.

2. Once the missed call received, our wealth doctor will call them depends on the customers language. They will get the profile details to advise on the suitable product.

3. After the education on the multiple product, we will get the confirmation on the meeting to explore more details as the plans are varying company to company. Once the confirmation has done, our quality team will be checking the interest level of the customer and generate as a lead.

4. The lead will get uploaded into Lead Market with the required details. So that, Associates can purchase the leads as per their preferences with the available details.

Further, this to your notice that we don’t generate any leads through cold calling and we only educate those who post the request on our website/those who call us on our helpline number/those who respond to our promotional campaign. After which our Financial advisors call them up and provide Free Financial Education as per their request and validate their interest level and need. Only after the confirmation of their immediate requirement, we educate them on various parameters to be considered while buying the respective Financial Product. Therefore, we do not forward any customers details to our Associates without the consent of the customer.

However, the leads which we generate are pre-validated and genuine going by their interest on a particular product. Hence, we will be able to provide the leads who are all interested on a particular product but we are unable to provide the guarantee on their interest to buy the product from you because customer's interest may vary at any point of time. So, please be informed that we do not have any conversion guarantee.
