Indianroots — Cancelled order due to delay in delvery by 2 months and not making the refund

I had ordered a product from this site Indianroots.com. In spite of my several reminders, they failed to deliver the product, Its been 2.5 months since the payment of the order, I cancelled the order after 2 months since it was delivered. They said refund will reach me in at max 7 days. Its been 15 days, I haven't received any refund or any follow up from their side.

I'm also facing similar problem from Indianroots. I have placed an order on 27th April, anyhow after giving so many calls my order was cancelled, and my refund process was initiated in 6th July, I was been told I will receive my refund in max 24-48 hours, today is fourth day I have not received any refund and when I ask them they says you need to send my bank statement .
