Indianroots — Refund not processed

We have placed two orders in April with Indianroots. The Order Number are[protected] and[protected]. The order was not delivered for 3 months and finally after cancellation we have been chasing for the refund since 15 days. We are only hearing the refund will be processed in 3-4 working days which have exceeded 15 days. We are very disappointed with the service. It has been a total harassment and mental stress. I would like my refund back and get the issue resolved.
