Indianroots — Non-Delivery of Product

I ordered a 'Pink & Orange Georgette Saree Gown' from www.indianroots.in on 20th January 2015. My Order No. is[protected]. I paid the entire amount of Rs.4, 700 through Debit Card. The product was on discount with an original price of Rs. 15, 000. According to the website and the bill invoice, it was to be shipped within 28 days. It has been over 2 months and I have still not received the product. I called up and emailed the customer care multiple times but they have been giving me false assurances and no satisfactory reason for the delay in the shipment. They have also not replied to my last email in which I asked for a refund. I had explicitly stated in my calls and emails that I needed the product by 10th March, after which the sole purpose of the order would be defeated. As a result of non-delivery of the product, I had to buy another suitable clothing on 16th March 2015 from M/S Punjabi Libas, Rajouri Garden for Rs.10, 590 vide Bill No. 4654 dated 16th March 2015. Therefore, I would like to claim the refund of Rs.4700 along with the damages of Rs.10, 590 which I have suffered due to the lack of services by www.indianroots.in
