Indiapost — Non-delivery of item to the addressee

Address: A1, Pooja Apartment, KK Road, Chenikuthi Hillside, Guwahati 781003, Assam

Today, 20 January 2026, at 12:25 hours, I received a text message from IndiaPost ( BH-INPOST-G) informing me that item: HDO63658831IN was out on delivery to me. Delivery was to be attempted by one MILTON DAIMARI (BEAT_01.
At 14:01 hours, I received another text message from the same source stating that the attempt for SP_INLAND_DOC No: HDO[protected]IN was successful today at 14:01:17.
However, I have not received the item. It was delivered neither to my address A1, Pooja Apartment, KK Road, Chenikuthi Hillside, Guwahati 781003 nor to the security personnel posted at the gate of our apartment.
Please inquire into the matter and ensure delivery of the item to me.
