[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Not giving refund amount | |||||
I purchased 2 sarres(order no[protected] from indiarush, but the quality was not good as it shown in picture, i raised request for return, they called me and said for do courier and they told that we will credit 100 rs. extra in your bank account for courier charges, it's already 25 days crossed, they not even refund my amount, saree cost was 1729and courier charges was 300. after so many mails and calls they are not giving any response, they use to put their customer care number between 10-7 pm, and after 7 ring will go, but no one will be there to pick your calls, Was this information helpful? | |||||
