Dear Team, we would like to inform you that we have order a product from your portal having order no. Order details for Order Id:[protected] Shipment Details AWB :[protected] Courier Service : EXPRESSBEES We got call from courier boy hving no. [protected]. He is calling us and telling that we have to collect our courier from somewhere but we deny to do that and ask him to deliver the product at location. then he started mis behaving we cut the call. Then he mentioned in our courier incomplete address /incorrect and returned our parcel. Please check the screenshots and messages of calls and messages of order and that courier boy calls record. Now please tell us, Is this your service. Please solve our issue as soon as possible, Otherwise we have to take a serious action against this issue.
