Dear sir,
My return request regarding order no. Is #[protected].
I returned the dress which i ordered to your logistic partner (Ecom express pvt. Ltd.) 6 days before and the
Approved return request no. Is awb[protected].
Item id. - 493230
I didn't get any refund yet.
I sent the email regarding this matter but i didn't got any reply.
I tried calling[protected]this no. But its busy all the time. I need my amount 1250 back any how.

Updated by MadhuBi I want return in cash.
There are issues while using credit points while placing the order. Even if i use credit points they are asking to selet the mode of payment.
Approved return request no. Is awb[protected].
