[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — without confirmation of order credit amount in wallet debited | |||||
I had 1999 rs in credit wallet of indiarush, when i selected the clothes and proceed for payment that time it debited my wallet amount but didnt receive any confirmation of order placed. Plus they have taken same order twice. And in there order history its showing two orders for the same set of clothes. Tried contacting the customer care but all their executives are busy from 30-40mins. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have returned Order#[protected] through Professional courier and the same has reached on 10th July, 2017. Till now there has no acknowledgement from Indiarush that the return has reached them. Also no information on when and how the refund will be done.
