I had reedemed my 300Indiaspeaks points to paytm but reward didn't recieved after 1 month...

Hi This is Krish holding indiaspeaks account with [protected]@gmail.com with mobile no: [protected] I have placed multiple request for redemption in dec '20 month still request has not been closed can you please help me with resolution asap...

I made a redemption request two months back as per their policy they'll take up to 45 days but in my case it has crossed that a long ago yet i didn't get the reward...

The Paytm reward of rs 70 sent has been failed. Contacted Paytm but they told it is failed from indiaspeaks side. Please resolve the same...

I received a mail by your side yesterday. The mail is
((( We have received the transaction report and would like to inform you that the request failed as the amount was exceeding the wallet credit limit. We request you to either upgrade your KYC or share with us an alternate number so that we can process your request again.)))

So i want to inform you The number attached with the given request id 12144295 is wrong....

I have redeemed 4 times since the past few months as amazon, paytm and prepaid recharge voucher but didn't receive any payment yet this is the first time i am facing such an issue....

Its been more than 2 months that I claimed my rewards but I didn't receive any....

My website data is not being fetched. Its showing no data in my account. Its showing no data shown. Pls help

I did a survey on 3rd march 2020 and still i have not received my cashback on my paytm account. I have attached my confirmation message below which i got after completing my survey.

Please check your system and rectify the same as soon as possible.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest..!

I have requested a sum of rs 100 through patym on 6th december 2019. It's been more than 2 months and i haven't received any patym cash from your side. This is not done. We take out our time to fill surveys soo that we can get some patym cash and you aren't even giving us the money. I have contacted you many time but there were no responses, i hope you consider my complaint and provide me with patym cash as soon as possible please!!...

I am very sure you are running a fake company despite requesting and asking paytm transfers i think now i need to go to the police station and shut your office down this is the heights learn from foreign survey companies they do it within 2-4 working days you want to eat money thats it the customer for you gives money and you people dont pay us then how do u expect all survey sites to be genuine...

I have requested rewards of paytm .

It has been almost 3 months there has been a pending request for a 200 rs paytm and a 100 rs paytm request made for my account redemption.

Request made on 06/04/2019-200points-200 rs
Another request made on 16/06/2019 100 points-100 rs

Kindly request to release the same .

I completed 1 survey whose expiry date was 4 june 2019. Today is 19th june 2019, still the points are not rewarded to me. They say the points will be rewarded after 3-5 days when survey ends but it has been 15 days still points are not credited. I request you to look into it and kindly pay for the work we do for you. All the process from rewarding points to redeeming points is very very slow. It took 2-3 months to get the amount in Paytm....

In the month of feb 2019 i had redeemed the points to paytm cash.i was told that it will take 30-45 days, so its been more than 45 days i havent got any rewards.morever whenever i call the tanya basu she is not recieving the call..nor replying to my mail.i m really tired so what the hell is going here?

Its has been 45 days and above from reward requested at[protected] and still i did not received it .my email id is [protected]@gmail.com .please do something .its a long day waiting for 2 months that too leaving saturday and sunday .if they have promised to send reward after 45 days why they dont do at the time .they have told they will send the reward within 45 days excluding saturday and sunday.still they have not send .please do something...
