        I made a redemption request two months back as per their policy they'll take up to 45 days but in my case it has crossed that a long ago yet i didn't get the reward

            I received a mail by your side yesterday. The mail is
            ((( We have received the transaction report and would like to inform you that the request failed as the amount was exceeding the wallet credit limit. We request you to either upgrade your KYC or share with us an alternate number so that we can process your request again.)))

            So i want to inform you The number attached with the given request id 12144295 is wrong. The right number is [protected]. So please Please send my reward money on this number [protected] which is linked with my paytm account...thank you

                        I have requested a sum of rs 100 through patym on 6th december 2019. It's been more than 2 months and i haven't received any patym cash from your side. This is not done. We take out our time to fill surveys soo that we can get some patym cash and you aren't even giving us the money. I have contacted you many time but there were no responses, i hope you consider my complaint and provide me with patym cash as soon as possible please!!

                          I am very sure you are running a fake company despite requesting and asking paytm transfers i think now i need to go to the police station and shut your office down this is the heights learn from foreign survey companies they do it within 2-4 working days you want to eat money thats it the customer for you gives money and you people dont pay us then how do u expect all survey sites to be genuine

                            It has been almost 3 months there has been a pending request for a 200 rs paytm and a 100 rs paytm request made for my account redemption.

                              I completed 1 survey whose expiry date was 4 june 2019. Today is 19th june 2019, still the points are not rewarded to me. They say the points will be rewarded after 3-5 days when survey ends but it has been 15 days still points are not credited. I request you to look into it and kindly pay for the work we do for you. All the process from rewarding points to redeeming points is very very slow. It took 2-3 months to get the amount in Paytm.

                              My redemption are pending since time immemorial. They claim to release the payments within 45-60 days maximum, but I am waiting for redemption since July 16, 2018. They owe me Rs. 750 PayTM.

                                In the month of feb 2019 i had redeemed the points to paytm cash.i was told that it will take 30-45 days, so its been more than 45 days i havent got any rewards.morever whenever i call the tanya basu she is not recieving the call..nor replying to my mail.i m really tired so what the hell is going here?
                                I was just visiting indiaspeaks portal i got this complaint raising platform..so i have raise my complaint..let me see..if this platform can help me getting in my rewards.
