[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — Ordered Dinner Set as Rakhi Gift for Sister - received Broken | |||
We placed an order on 3rd august Order#[protected] which got dispatched via first flight AWB# D[protected] on 5th August and got delivered on 7th August with few pieces broken/cracked. The product they delivered did not even matched to design we ordered. We are chasing every day with their customer service but no response, neither they are replacing nor they are sending refund. There is no call back on situation update. It is very frustrating...Not Sure what to do now. Was this information helpful? | |||
