Indicash — cash not dispensed | |||||
Dear sir, On 2/10/18 at about 10.40pm, i tried to withdraw rs/-2000 from indicash atm near my house pv colony manuguru Pin 507125, the transaction was failed and cash not dispensed, but surprisingly the same amount was debited from my sbi bank account. When the cash is not dispensed for any reason the amount should be automatically credited back in to the customers account. But in this case it was not happened. It looks like non-transfarent activity. Please correct it and credit my amount back in to my account immediately. Now we are fearing to draw cash from indicash atm in near future. Please maintain the transferency to retain the confidence of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am pradeep, I have used in our atm 8.56 pm in RVS nagar, dindigul, tamil nadu. I have enter money RS.400. Money cannot recieve from the atm. But my account deducted amount. so please refund my money.

Sir atm se mony dabit karte time light chali gyi aur balance mere account se cut gya but amount nikalte time light chali jane ki bajah se amount nhi nikla so please sir refund my money please
