Indicash — Fake note in Atm

Hi sir, I did one transaction at Indicash ATM on 13/09/15 at 11.23Am and unfortunately got a fake note of 500 rs .I contacted their tollfree number. They are simply saying " we don't have any bank. we are only providing payment service .we are not responsible for that, go to your bank and replace the note" .I went to the bank but they are refused to replace the note.Again I did a call to Indicash reprentative.Now they said to go police station.Even they are not enquiring the Atm details. Please solve my issue and take necessary action on this .regards j.sridhar, [protected]
