Indicash — refund for failed atm transaction | |||
Sir/ madam On 10/08/2019, i tried cash withdrawal of rupees 1000 in tata indicash atm in suleswaranpatti, pollachi, tamil nadu The transaction was not successful and i didn't receive money As per instructions i complained to the parent bank, bank of baroda on 17/08/2019.. They told me today that tata reports that they have presented money for the transaction and have closed the complaint Details of my bank account Bank of baroda Debit card no. [protected] I understand that there is a specific withdrawal limit for this atm Please enlighten me whether this atm can disburse 10000 rupees at a single transaction Kindly review the decision, communicated to bank of baroda from your side, with facts and cctv footage.. My ATM card has got stuck in your Tata Indicash ATM in your Shastri Nagar, Goregaon West branch. I have been trying to call your customer support but there is absolutely no response. Am I supposed to break the ATM because I fail to understand how can your services be soo pathetic and expect us to wait outside an ATM with absolutely no help
