[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Regarding cancellation of flights and then not providing proper solution

I was suppose to travel from ahmedabad to chandigarh in my non stop flight on 29 december at 21:45 but flight got cancelled and they didn’t provide us any accommodation in night and they said you see on your own … and then somehow we managed to find some hotel nearby and then that flight was rescheduled to next morning… Next morning it was at 11 Am from ahmedabad to lucknow and then lucknow to chandigarh…. It was a layover flight… they didnt provided me the non stop flight…. Then again at the airport we were soo harassed and then they said this flight is also delayed you opt for some other flight…. Then third time they gave us the flight from ahmedabad to New delhi at 2 PM…. This flight reached delhi airport at 3:45 PM… And we ask them to do some arrangements soo that we can reach our destination as we have paid full amount… But they didn’t provided us any solution and said we cant help you put in this case… I consistently called miss Ayushi[protected] from indigo and she stopped answering are calls….We are passengers with age 55… and these indigo people left us like we dont matter to them… If faced any issue on d way they are responsible for each and everything and almost due to them i have spend 10000 extra for hotels and taxi and other things… I have attached all the boarding passes…. This company doesnt have any policied for people with this age group…. they dont have anything to do … nothing matters to them… pathetic and worst experience….. Please refund my entire flight as well as all the extra expenses because of you people i have spend….
