full description- I had paid 4100 for the admission but I cancelled the admission in the same day but refund is not refunded as per the rules given in the ignou before cancelled refund will be allowed if enrolment number not allocated. But i have not received the refund after more than 3 months. I tried to send reginal center and registrar but the response i did not received.
I request you to please look into this matter for the high priority request.
