Dear Sir/ Ma'm, Please help me, I'm helpless.I am a MCA Student of IGNOU since 2009. I got my all subject marks completed before one and half year. But, Professors are not updating my assignment marks.I communicated with regional director aligarh. I asked my study center to submit marks. They said that they have already submit marks. In this way, I resubmitted my assignment three time. But, There is same situation. Assignment marks were updating one by one on each submission. They are not letting me complete MCA.I don't understand, what do they want from me. Do they want money. Why should I pay to them.Where am I wrong.Is this my fault. I have submitted assignments three time with their receiving.They don't even pick my call and deny to schedule meeting.Where should I go.I spoke head of IGNOU MCA Department many time, his name is Mr. Pankaj, Whose mobile number is: [protected]They even not letting me file a request against my marks else not helping me to update my marks. While I ask for my assignment marks into regional center, they told me that there is bad service of Agra study center. I don't care about the service, I am wasting my years and career in order to promote myself in the job career.I'm a software engineer.It is really hard to prepare my assignment with my job hours. Still I submitted them three time. But, There is no help by my study center. I also asked them, if there is anything to do, please let me know. But, they don't even tell, what to do.
