Indira Gandhi National Open University — Assignment Marks Not Updated[protected]

I had submitted my assignment in 2022 December but my marks were not updated till now. It's been 1 year now. I took the exam and marks of the exam was uploaded in the grade card. There is no response from the university. I have contacted the study centre and sent several emails but there is no response.
