I like to draw your attention towards the communication gap between the students and institute.Neither we get intimation about books to be collected, exams, assignment nor is our call answered in the Bangalore regional office. When we meet in person we are asked to come again after calling.The fact being call is never answered.Kindly resolve the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||

* Check the university's website. Use your enrollment number to verify if the material has been despatched, assignments, updating your address etc. The process has been centralised.
* Always send written communication first, addressed to the regional director of your regional centre. Send it through your email id registered with IGNOU. Don't forget to mention your mobile number and your enrollment number while signing it. This process ensures you have a documentary proof of communication
* If your matter/enquiry has not been resolved, call up the Delhi office. Again written communication is better than oral.
I haven't faced a lot of issues about communication gap since the official website makes a lot of things clear. The odd situations where my ID card had not been delivered, or my degree was not delivered, I resorted to the above procedure, and the matter was successfully resolved.
