Dear sir/madam I beg to say that iam a new student of ba indra gandhi national open university and my enrollment number:[protected]. I took addmission in 30th april, the person available there at regional centre. I have 4 subject book and 1 book is remaining when ever i go there and ask them about my books the make another excuses and staff person said to me that your book will be delivered at your home in one week but 2 month spent i don't fet my book yet.
