While re-registration process in the month of April(18/04/20) payment made through my card but didn't received any confirmation or submission page. After 2-3 hours later I made payment through phonepe amount got deducted and still I didn't receive any submission and confirmation about my admission after one week when I email and ask about my admission they said it has been confirmed. But I haven't received my money back (6000/-) which was deducted first time.

After writing so many mails, greiveinces they have stop replying to my mails. How can I get my money back please help. It's not a small amount for me to ignore or leave.

Updated by d rash IGNOU RANCHI OR DELHI has not refunded my money back 6000/- which was deducted twice from my account (18/04/20) while re-registration first time payment done by debit card, second time through phonepe app and they have stopped replying to my mails and greiviences query/report. It has been 4 and a half month. What should I do please help.
