Indira Gandhi National Open University — fee amount deducted from bank account but not updated in online admission portal

Myself sonal singh, i filled the complete admission form and upload all the documents in the portal and make the admission fee payment rs. 5600/- for course code: meg (Master of arts in english) on 15-07-19 via sbi credit card.
Fee amount rs. 5600/- has been deducted from my bank account but still the same is not yet updated in online admission portal.
Even i have received sms from ignou that '"transaction no. [protected] for rs. 5600/- done for www.ignou.ac.in has succeeded.
But still the same is not updated in the ignou online admission portal. And still my admission form is incompelete and i am unable to submit my admission form. And the last date is 31-07-19.

So i request from ignou to kindly update my fee status in online admission portal so that i will submit my admission form.

I have applied for CTS along with MEG before many days but today I have got text message for CTS that remove discrepancy.. so how to remove that?.. kindly help me solving this

Sir I have passed of my mps examination since 2018december section but I don't know where is my marks sheet because I don't receive till that enrollment no[protected]
