My self name: deepshikha jain Enrollment number:[protected] Program: bed and i have completed my diploma of bed in 2007 Till date i did not received provisional as well original degree certificate As i have paid fees for convocation also. I have tried to register for feedback also on ignou website but it always gives error and also sent many mail for the same but no solutiona has been provided by ignou. Kindly help. Thank you.
