Query/grievance : i completed my degree (Bhm) in hotel management from the institute of hotel management and catering technology, mumbai in 2016.

1. I had formally submitted an application to ignou to get a spelling error in my name corrected while i was a student in my college and i was informed by the ignou cell in my college that the corrections were duly made.

2. Post final exams, the provisional certificate i received had the same error in the name which was corrected after i mailed the original provisional certificate to delhi along with valid id proofs.

3. Once the corrected provisional certificate came through, i applied for my final certificate but when i received it, the same error that had been corrected twice before had been made again where my name is spelled ardhara instead of ardhra.

This is the fourth mail i am sending regarding the issue and there has been no response on the same. I am unable to connect via the phone numbers provided in the previous mails.

I am a native of kerala and since i will need the rectified documents to secure post graduation admission, i urge you to take into account the gravity of the situation and help me with the procedure with utmost urgency.
