Indira Gandhi National Open University — No confirmation received for admission fee paid

I had applied for mpa admission through on line admission portal of ignou 05.06.2017. I filled all the particulars and made payment of fee through net banking. The screen shows as payment successful you will be redirected to mercant site but even after long time it did not redirected to ignou website and did not show any confirmation recevied from ignou. Total amount deducted was 4611.5. From my bank account. Later check number of times in check your status it show again new payment is to be made.
Plz provide my admission confirmation status or refund the money. I provide your following details for any kind perusal.
