Respected sir, i laloo rai enrolled no.[protected], cource ba, regional centre-shillong is here by forwarding my grievance of non receipt of marksheet and provisional certificate till date. It is to inform you that despite of completion of ba course on aug 2016 was not yet as provided provisional certificate as well as marksheet due to its am enable to take admission for further studies and various courses. I would really be very obliged if you send me the marksheet and provisional certificate to the under mentioned address at the earliest so that i can carried out my further studies. My register ignou I'd no is[protected].i am in 3rd year. And I had submitted my assignment in April 18 of 2nd year but ignou had only updated marks of 4 subject and for 5th there is no status no marks update of Fst 01 subject..it was supposed to be uploaded in months of September but till now not updated please take an action..

Indira gandhi open university staff is way above arrogant and misbehaved. Their helpline number employees disconnect the phone once it ring.
The helpline number they have listed on the internet their guy is disconnecting the phone on purpose. They are just there just to collect their salaries without wanting to do their job.
