Indira Gandhi National Open University — not received hall ticket

I gokila prakash, had applied for openmat x1 in 2016 which was scheduled to be conducted on 21 aug 2016, but suddenly it got postponded and except for the handbook i didn't receive hallticket or any other intimation regarding the same. I have made several complaints for the past 2 years but i did not receive any solution from your side, so i kindly request you to either refund my amount of 1500 rupees which i had paid for the exam or send me a hallticket to appear for the next openmat in 2018.
