Indira Gandhi National Open University — Pass certificate not received | |||||
I am a student of ignou enrollment number[protected]. I have completed my term end exams in 2015 and still waiting for my certificate to arrive. Despite if writing loads of emails to their headoffice and regional office, they do not respond to my request.
