I have completed BSCHOT from IGNOU in 2016 and i received Provisional Certificate as well and Gradecard of whole Four Year, When i apply for Master degree in Optometry They ask for marksheet for each Year separately and i didnt get admisssion and i apply for the Job in This field, They saw the Grade card and ask for the Marksheet of each year separately.Dear sir Tell me what should I do. Ignou has such inappropirate system in which evalvators dont knw how to evaluate n r in a hurry to fail a student.. disgusting this university is.. they have given me 9 marks n this is disgusting.. n for reevaluation i hv to pay 750 rupees... this is so gross... this is sick
